Heres the new diagnostic file, i rebooted after i deleted that file and checked around and noticed the media share had the correct cfg associated with it. did some more looking and realized that the mover still didnt work. so i checked the share setting and noticted it wasnt set to use the cache so i changed it. and lo and behold its moving things again. Its a bit behind so its gonna take awhile to get everything moved. So im gonna call this a win. Thank you so very, very much! optimus-diagnostics-20240820-0408.zip

I was using the file manager, but switched to ssh. I was in boot/config/shares, but maybe Im not looking in the right spot. I only see the Media.cfg one.

Im looking on the flash drive, config/shares, and i only see Media.cfg. Should i delete that one? Do need a restart or anything? I greatly appreciate the help so far, you have no idea.

Do you have the intel gpu top plugin installed? that might be what your missing. You have to have it for this to work.

I'm about at wits end. I can figure most stuff out but ive been struggling with this for a few days. I have two share that use the cache, test and media. When i download something to test, the mover moves it just fine. But it doesn't work for media. I have diagonstics i can post. I did have the ca mover tuning plugin installed but uninstalled it. I did see it was complaining about a missing Media share, my actual media share is media, lowercase. I appreciate all the help. optimus-diagnostics-20240819-1949.zip

After going through the logs afterwards and i didn't see anything i was thinking the same thing. ill do that and keep an eye on it. Thanks for the tip.

I moved my Unraid installation to a dell r520 and the last few days have been good. But while using it today, my uptime kuma on another machine reported it was down as well as plex running on it. No webgui, no ssh and no ouput to a plugged in monitor. Had to use idrac to cold boot. Ill post diagnostics i took right when access was restored. Nothing looked out of the ordinary but I dont know what im even looking for. I was using a ryzen based machine and had problems like this all the time so i was hoping going back to the big boy would fix all this. Thanks all. optimus-diagnostics-20230105-1722.zip

Ive been checking my logs and they only seem to show Get and not Hit/Miss. Does that mean everything is fine? I never got steamcache to work properly and Id thought I would get this to work but I cant tell if it is. When I delete and reinstall a steam game the second time my speed is aroud 30MB's.
