Solutions

  1. Lassley7's post in Trying to enable remote access was marked as the answer   
    ended up being a port forward issue or a dns resolver issue
    fixes:
    remove all port forwards
    turn off docker/vm
    set http:80 https:443
    added myunraid.net to dns resolver in pfsense
     
    not completely sure witch one did the trick or if all did
