  1. btrfs-scrub(8) recommends around once a month, but less is fine. https://github.com/kdave/btrfsmaintenance is a really nice set of scripts for other distros, but you can look at the timers and etc to figure out what a good frequency is. Follwing this, btrfs-scrub & btrfs-balance are run monthly.
  2. If this is the SQLite DB corruption issue, wasn't there a fix for this in 6.8.0-rc5? You should try upgrading to the latest rc, but make a flash backup first.
  3. Anything in the logs about the reboot being cancelled?
  4. How slow are you talking? The only way I can see of improving speeds from the array would be pre-caching files you use often. Assuming you have a 1Gbit connection, the array should be saturating that, unless you have slow drives or some other array issue.
  5. UPDATE - Bug report submitted here: https://forums.unraid.net/bug-reports/stable-releases/672-ipv6-internet-access-despite-ipv4-only-r754/ UnRaid 6.8.0-rc7. Diagnositcs attached. As the title says, I can access the internet via ipv6 even though I have set ipv4 to only. I am not skilled by any means when it comes to networking, but surely ipv6 should be disabled? br0: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 inet 192.168.1.101 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 0.0.0.0 inet6 fe80::2cb5:9cff:fe94:fd69 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x20<link> inet6 2404:4408:2375:d500:4216:7eff:fe63:b6ba prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x0<global> ether 40:16:7e:63:b6:ba txqueuelen 1000 (Ethernet) RX packets 254036 bytes 50807042 (48.4 MiB) RX errors 0 dropped 141 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 254523 bytes 66927758 (63.8 MiB) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0 eth0: flags=4419<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,PROMISC,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 inet6 fe80::4216:7eff:fe63:b6ba prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x20<link> ether 40:16:7e:63:b6:ba txqueuelen 1000 (Ethernet) RX packets 258001 bytes 54625894 (52.0 MiB) RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 254559 bytes 66932531 (63.8 MiB) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0 wg0: flags=209<UP,POINTOPOINT,RUNNING,NOARP> mtu 1420 inet 10.64.16.210 netmask 255.255.255.255 destination 10.64.16.210 unspec 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00 txqueuelen 1000 (UNSPEC) RX packets 4796 bytes 3301888 (3.1 MiB) RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 5047 bytes 789600 (771.0 KiB) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0 If I manually remove the ipv6 routes through the GUI, ipv6 is disabled for a minute or two before the routes re-populate. If someone could help me figure out why IPv6 is enabled, that would be great. Looks like I might need to just use ipv6.disable=1 as a kernel parameter Thanks tower-diagnostics-20191130-0037.zip
  6. The most recent nightly (git master) build was around two months ago: https://hub.docker.com/layers/jellyfin/jellyfin/nightly/images/sha256-ba81dea478e2452226df82d7e4fc9356fce8a90d026b6a25f0f6d8846413edd2 The current builds that linuxserver and jellyfin have published are based on the latest stable by the looks of it, rather than a build from the master git branch. I think that getting a git build would be great to help test new features added before a stable release, and it's also nice for people that like to stay bleeding edge. Cheers
  7. Would it be possible to get a nightly/git build for the container? jellyfin/jellyfin seem to have stopped publishing these builds. Not sure if that's due to instability or something, but it would be great if you wouldn't mind setting these up. Thanks.
  8. https://s3.amazonaws.com/dnld.lime-technology.com/next/unRAIDServer-6.8.0-rc1-x86_64.zip Just copy all the bz* images from this to the flash. I believe that's all that's needed for downgrading 6.8.0 . Worked that way for me downgrading 6.7.2
  9. I also came across this today, however that was after modifying share setings for one I was mounted to. Tried to browse the share without re-mounting and saw that error. Hasn't appeared since.
  10. Nothing here, spinning down on my end fine
  11. I've just been using ssh in the meantime, but it would be nice if I could fix it myself anyways and not have to think about it agian, at least until there's another update. (thanks for the corruption fix by the way, it's a lifesaver)
  12. Yes, I've already decided I'll use it and have been with no issues with unraid 6.7.2 This is why I'm looking in this thread to see if anyone has a solution, as this is an issue I believed introduced with the tty package upgrade in the 6.8.0-rc series. My thinking is that I shouldn't have to disable privacy related settings to use the webterminal, as it was working fine before hand. That's a shame, but I understand. How would I manually downgrade it? Can't find any documentation on doing so. Thanks for responding
  13. privacy.resistFingerprinting in about:config was the culprit. However, I really don't want to disable this and there's no way to add exceptions per domain. I assume that the upgrade of ttyd with the 6.8.0-rc series would be the cause? Is it possible to manually downgrade that specific package?
  14. EDIT: This appears to be a firefox issue, rather than unraid as the terminal works on my phone. If it's still fine to leave it here, does anyone have any solutions? Can't seem to find anything to help online. Has anyone else had issues with the webterminal? I can no longer see any text displayed. Just updated from 6.7.2-rc2 It appears I can still run commands, however. Screenshot attached of htop. After a second even that displayed text dissapears leaving just the colors. There is nothing out of the ordinary in the syslog.
  15. I've had sonarr become corrupted twice on rc4, in the span of about a week. I never had any issues with rc2, so I'll be going back to that. Any idea where I can download the rc2 files? I can only restore to rc3 https://s3.amazonaws.com/dnld.lime-technology.com/next/unRAIDServer-6.7.3-rc2-x86_64.zip
  16. Would it be possible to get the `aphrodite` branch built from git? Contains a v3 UI overhaul like sonarr, however it's very unstable. Cheers
  17. Perhaps this? https://github.com/danioj/unraid-autovmbackup
  18. You could always make a flash/config/vm backup then update to next, and rollback to your current version as long as you don't update it again, no? (at least that's what I assume rollback does)
  19. I just switched to Mullvad, I was having an issue where it would connect to peers and seeds yet just not download or seed anything. I changed my server from USA to Australia (closer to me) and this problem dissapeared. However, now whenever I use the UDP protocol I consistently get this error: Sun Nov 4 20:52:25 2018 AEAD Decrypt error: bad packet ID (may be a replay): [ #256450 ] -- see the man page entry for --no-replay and --replay-window for more info or silence this warning with --mute-replay-warnings Any clue what could be causing this?
  20. Hello. I'm trying to set unraid's DNS to my pihole server running in a docker container on the br0 bridge. I can ping/access it through the IP on all computers except for unraid itself. This is the response: icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable, when pinging from unraid. Everything is on same subnet, and the DNS works fine for all my other devices.
  21. Yeah can confirm ports dont match on default install. Just need to change 8081 to 8080 and all worked instantly for me. BTW, any idea of estimated download speeds compared to running on another system/vm? Quite slow compared to VPN on my Desktop but at least it works and is automated.
