  1. Full Zip, sorry should really read what you were asking for clearly. brok-diagnostics-20210518-2038.zip
  2. Here are the diagnostics from the tools menu. They are on an LSI controller though so that could 100% be it. Will give that a shot and go from there, thank you! ST8000VN004-2M2101_WKD2J2GH-20210518-2038 disk6 (sdj) - DISK_DSBL.txt ST8000VN004-2M2101_WKD139LQ-20210518-2038 (sdh).txt
  3. Thanks for helping. Current Dead Drive: Drive I need to send to Seagate for RMA (Assuming it's actually dead). ST8000VN004-2M2101_WKD2J2GH-20210518-2007.txt ST8000VN004-2M2101_WKD139LQ-20210518-2013.txt
  4. I have had my second HDD fail within a few weeks. I'm trying to understand if this is a true failure and I can RMA the HDD or if something else is going on. Both disks that failed were disabled by Unraid, I use Scrutiny docker to view the HDD smart data, both have failed from Command Timeouts from what I can tell, they go from a very low count to really high although the smart data reported as passed for both. Is there something I am missing and the disks aren't actually dead. The first one that failed I have replaced (new disk seems fine) and put in a RMA with Seagate (Haven't gotten around to sending it yet), the 2nd has just failed today and wondering if I need to do the same again. Is there anything else I should be looking at? This is in an r720 and I have tried new cables, HBA and swapping the HDD slot (using a different backplane item). Cheers
  5. Hi, Thanks for all the hard work that you put in here on the forums. I have been having some issues recently with my docker install of Duplicati using this docker image through the community apps plugin. The container starts up fine and the backups run fine but at some the container becomes unreachable through the web ui. I have the container mappings setup as follows: /backups -> /mnt/user/duplicati/backups /source -> /mnt/user /config -> /mnt/user/appdata/duplicati /tmp -> /tmp with the network type set as host. I have successfully accessed the container previously through the local ip address and port, and am trying with the same again. I haven't been able to recover from this state of unreachable web ui, the only way around it I have found is by removing and reinstalling the container (I needed to delete all files in appdata to get this to work). Not sure what is going on here as seemingly nothing has changed from when it is working to when it stops working (as far as settings etc) but obviously something has. I also tried restarting the container and the server but neither of these seemed to fix the issue. Any help diagnosing and fixing this is would be greatly appreciated. Edit: Have been able to do some more digging, appears to be something with brave as working fine on Firefox.
