  1. I've been trying to setup Rclone and I cannot get it to work. I installed Binhex's Rclone docker and I could setup a remote, but I think there is something wrong with the file system. I've seemingly watched all the tutorials on YouTube and feel like I've looked at all the documentation, but I cant find the answer. When I restart the docker, it loses the remote, so it does not seem to be writing to storage. The config storage is the default "/home/nobody/.config/rclone/rclone.conf" I don't know if this needs to be changed or how. Also, when I tried copying to my b2 bucket, it could locate the bucket, but could not locate the local folder I was trying to copy from on the NAS. I would input this: rclone copy “/mnt/user/TestShare/TestFolder/” B2Cloud:b2Bucket This did not work, it would error saying it cannot find path /mnt/user/TestShare/TestFolder/ Any help would be really appreciated.
  2. Hi, I have setup PhotoPrism in a docker on my NAS in Unraid so I can transfer photos from my phone to the NAS automatically through PhotoSync. This works really well, but the traffic on my LAN is not encrypted as far as I can tell. I would like this traffic to be secure/encrypted on my LAN, perhaps similar to an SMB transfer. Is there a way to do this? It is possible to use SSL when using PhotoSync on WAN, but once the traffic passes through the reverse proxy onto the LAN, I think the data is no longer encrypted. Also, in a similar way, is it possible to access all docker container URLs with encryption so passwords/login etc. are encrypted when using a WebUI? Thanks
  3. I had the same issue with the drive/CDROM not showing up, but it was a configuration error on UnRaid. It turned out to be the Lubuntu ISO from their torrent downloader, still need to work out how to transfer it to a proper ISO file, but Ubuntu works fine for now, I just wanted something lighter.
  4. Still trying to get some sort of passthough to work, but there is no error screen as there is no output from either gpu. Is there a way of deleting this config, so I can I can try another way as it doent allow me to even look at the UI with both GPUs in.
  5. I got it up and running again by removing the GPU which I changed the config for. Going to look for an alternative method for passthrough due to the previous as I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing and don't want to completely break my NAS.
  6. I was using this plugin for passing through one of my graphics cards and it has been rebooting for significantly longer than normal, is there a reason for this. Its over 1100s now. Edit: I did get a backup of the USB just before I did this, just in case.
  7. Ok thank you, will get on doing that.
  8. Well, I was just trying to remove my cache drive as I wanted a fresh start so I could get the btrfs working properly due to a bug I encountered a while ago. I used the "New Config" tool and preserved everything except the cache. I then get to this screen where, if I start the array I will lose all of my data. As I'm completely stupid, I do not have a proper backup of this. What do I need to do here to preserve my data, I have not changed anything from this screen. I was following these instuctions here. Thanks for the help.
  9. Here are the diagnostics nas-diagnostics-20191019-1442.zip . Definitely looks like there is something wrong with the cache.
  10. Well I have just got back and as I boot up the NAS, all the files now show up for some reason which is good. No idea why that happened, but I will be backing up the config files and running diag to see if anything happened. Also try to find a way to fix that Cache redundancy issue.
  11. OK, I'm going to be at university for a while without the server, so I'm going to have to put this on the back burner for a while. Thank you for your help. I will come back to this thread in the future.
  12. I should have backed it up, but unfortunately I haven't. Also that's a pretty mean bug. I cannot post diagnostics at this time, but is there some way to fix the the system without hooking the drives up to a separate PC. Thanks for the reply.
  13. So I have a unRAID server and I decided I wanted to put a cache in it so I put and Nvme and a SATA m.2 in which all worked. I transfered all my photos on to it. As the appdata, domains and system are on preferred they were stored on the cache, but I thought it was fine as I had redundancy (I didn't back it up...) Then I rebooted and the NVMe drive wasn't showing up so I just wiggled it in the mobo which picked it back up, but now unRAID has lost all of the shares and isn't showing files. Im guessing I can pull my photos off the HDDs as it isn't RAID, but is there an easier way of fixing this? It is especially annoying as in the shares folder, everything was green and no warnings of data loss.
