  1. LOL, Mystery solved! Thanks everyone, I'll go back to nervously assuming that the lost disk assignments was the only fallout from the unclean shutdown. :)
  2. Settings -> SMB -> Workgroup Settings What is that supposed to be? Where did Unraid get it? I don't recognize it. I had an unclean shutdown recently that wiped out the drive assignments from all of my pools (but not the array)... I managed to set the pools again correctly but have been worried that if there is a bug that will corrupt disk assignments, what else might be mangled... Unraid version 7.2.3
  3. FYI, active apps worked for me when I installed the dev version a couple of weeks earlier in the thread. When I read that the main branch would get the active apps improvement I uninstalled the dev version and reinstalled fresh from community apps. The fresh install does not show active docker apps for me
  4. How did you edit while the UI was stuck on "rebuilding"? On 7.2.1, under input is disabled while a big swirly logo in overlaid on the screen preventing me from editing (or removing) the docker it 7.2.1 broke. Edit: I was able to recover by issuing cli commands to stop the container that owned the "rebuilding" container network, then remove the container that was forgotten. Then I was able to re-create the lost container. docker stop container1 docker rm container2
  5. That worked, thanks! I guess I should find a real icon for NextPVR. I never noticed until just now that it has a default docker icon
  6. Do we need to request apps to be reported under "Active Apps"? If so, I'd like to request Dispatcharr and NextPVR dockers. I'm using Intel i915 QSV and VAAPI
  7. Can the files tab do what you need for .actors? I just started fooling with it and there seems to be no documentation, so I'm having to figure it out by trail and error.
  8. Would someone point me to a cheat sheet on what the variables in the Expression Builder mean? I'm guessing these are obvious to a C# programmer, but, for example, I have no idea what item.IsBestSize means and my web searches for "item.IsBestSize","Dynamic Expesso item.IsBestSize", etc have not helped at all.
  9. Thanks, I understand what ya'll are saying about "why", but I'm still not sure what this change means to me It will probably become clear when I try 7.0.1. I do have one docker (NextPVR) that I installed by dropping a template into /config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user then clicking "Add Container" on the UnRaid Docker page... Not using any of the "managers" mentioned. Edit: Upon reflection, I am guessing that means I am still using dockerMan and will not notice any change even though NextPVR is not in CA.
  10. I'm curious about what this means and what actions we will need to take to keep up to date on our Dockers? Also, aren't virtually all of the dockers in Community Apps managed by 3rd parties i.e. not Lime Tech?
  11. Thanks csendre. I also just migrated from a Windoze VM to Docker. I used your template and was up and running in minutes!

  13. Has anyone else noticed WoL taking a lot longer with 6.12.15? 6.12.14 normally takes my system about 55 seconds for the shares to become available. I upgraded to 6.12.15 yesterday and this morning when I woke my server, it responded to pings in under a minute, but took over 2 minutes for the web UI and shares to be accessible. (This was the first WoL after the upgrade and I have done zero troubleshooting, so I don't think this deserves it's own thread yet.)
  14. Did you ever resolve this? I removed a GPU and encountered the same issue. I found the solution on reddit: "go to System Devices. Tick and untick a device and then press bind selected to vfio at boot. Then the file is recreated and all unwanted entries are removed. Then reboot." I guess unraid has a bug where hardware changes break this.
  15. I just set this up to use gmail smtp with an ancient printer that doesn't use SSL/TLS. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks!
  16. I have it working again... The devices re-appeared on System Devices when I removed the new SSD. I unchecked them, edited the VM to not use the GPU. Then reinstalled the SSD and reconfigured the passthru. Thanks for the help, your insight lead me down the right path.
