Everything looks normal to me, can you access the server using the IP?

    Aug 18 10:10:12 [927]: br0: leased 192.168.0.162 for 3600 seconds

Make sure you enter http first since most browsers now default to https

Yes for now i can acess to server IP, but in some hour/ or 1 ou 2 days i will lost the access, until force shutdown.
Thar are any way to get the register log about this event?

I'm guessing permission issue with your /mnt/user/appdata/cloudflared folder.

    try run chown nobody:users /mnt/user/appdata/cloudflared

    then login again.

    I have the same issue...

The solution is replace 755 from folder to 777
    mkdir -p /mnt/user/appdata/cloudflared/ && chmod -R 777 /mnt/user/appdata/cloudflared/

After that you can keep sending the other commands, it will work ;)

May I ask which Driver-Package do you use?

Libreelec drivers, for my setup works very good!
    -HAUPPAUGE WinTV-quadHD

    -DVBSKy S952

I installed Mini SAT IP and added "--device=/dev/dvb/" to this container.

After i used SAT>IP tuners in TVH, because it works better to me!

    Thanks a lot ICH777.

    Donation is on the way!

  5. Hi ich777!
Thanks a lot for your work!
    It works perfect!

how can o pay you some beers?

Thanks a lot one more time for supporting UNRAID COMMUNITY!

maybe help somebody: For HAUPPAUGE WinTV-quadHD i recommend:

As a quick workaround I installed the minisatip Docker image and let it handle /dev/dvb instead of TVHeadend, which now sees the DVB-C tuners through a networked SAT>IP layer provided by minisatip. This way TVH can no longer meddle with my tuner card and it all works like a charm!

    Thanks for the suggestion.

Installed minisatip docker, had a hard time scanning for all the channels again. Random tuning errors.

Remembered to check the TVH version that was installed on my VM and it was 4.2.9, the docker image was a more recent version.

So, i recreated the docker and selected the 4.2 image. Just to test tried to pass the tuners directly to TVH, still scanning/tuning problems.

So i then tried with minisatip and it seems to be working fine! Got all channels at once, and seems to be tuning to channels fine now.

I guess the most recent TVH image has some new bug or is incompatible in some way with my hardware.

I sugest you to use TVH as docker insted of inside the VM. Its works great ;) 4.3.x

    Hi,

Im new to unraid, currently running the trial version and have a Hauppague WinTV Quad PCIe tunner (europe version).

Installed this plugin, selected the OpenELEC build that matched my current unraid version, all 4 tunners are detected.

Installed tvheadend docker, Passed the /dev/dvb into it.

The problems started at the scan stage, it took multiple scans to find all the channels. Then to tune a channel it would almost never work.

Rebooted the docker, same. Rebooted unraid started working fine. After a few minutes back to the same issue. tvHeadend reports no signal, poll timeout.

To check if the problem was my tunner or tv signal, i created a ubuntu VM, installed the drivers from the official PPA of Hauppage and passed thought the tunner. It works perfect, scanned all channels on the first try, tunning work consistently.

Am i missing something or Are the Unraid DVB drivers broken? I would like to avoid having a VM just for this...

    Thanks in advance.

I solved this issue using Docker Minisatip, and at TVH using SAT IP for tunner.

No more poll timeout!! I told in other replies!!!

Minisatip IP docker, works good for passthrough the tuner for TVH ;)

    Hey Guys,

I'm just started with unRaid and migrate my former ubuntu server to unraid now.

I have issues now with my TV-Card. I already tried the Unraid DVB Plugin with the custom LibreElec build, but its doesn't run that well.

Is there an option or can somebody tell me how to include my previous two driver in /lib/firmware into the stock build?

    The Driver I mentioned:

    dvb-demod-si2168-b40-01.fw

    dvb-tuner-si2157-a30-05.fw

I am using the Hauppauge WinTV-quadHD

I dont know if you are running TVH, but if yes, try use the Minisatip docker and pass tuners to TVH.

After use function satip in TVH to find the tuners.

Maybe it will solve the issue.

    Bus 001 Device 003:ID 2040:8265 Hauppauge dualHD

So this is WinTV-dualHD, USB-tuner. I was able to use this with Plex docker after installing LibreELEC build for Unraid RC6 (and adding "--device=/dev/dvb" to the Extra Parameters in Plex docker's advanced settings view).

I just bought this tuner but my problem is that it's a bit like hit and miss... I did most of my testing via Iphone app so I'm not sure if that's the reason but sometimes I could change the channel and it would tune in and start streaming after a couple seconds(I tried both, WiFi and 4G), but sometimes I could only hear voice and see only a frozen picture. I was able to record one program and it came up really nice quality(1080i, 8,2Mbps). But I'm not sure yet what settings to try and change to make this tuner work like a charm. Also I'd like to know if I'm going to buy a GTX 1660/1650 Super to make transcoding easier... Is it automatically going to be used for DVB side as well when I transcode the live channel?

I wasn't able to test it for a long time, maybe one hour before I saw that Unraid had released RC7 and installed it without realizing that it would screw up my DVB plugin until the new build is released. Soooo, now I'm just patiently waiting for the update. 😃

I solve this problem using MINISATIP docker.
Use extra "--device=/dev/dvb" at minisatIP and use TV headend docker for tune.
You will be able to find tuners via IP converted by MINISAT and WinTV-dualHD WORKS PERFECT ;)

I've been having a lot of stability issues lately with my Hauppauge WinTV-QuadHD running on unRAID. Cables are all perfect (getting great SNR/SignalStrength), but it seems like something is still getting in the way on the hardware level (while all other boxes in the house have no trouble using the signal). Scanning for channels/services runs smoothly, all MUXes are reliably found. The problems start when tuning in to channels themselves, sometimes it works instantly, but sometimes I get something along the lines of "2019-10-20 04:36:29.720 linuxdvb: Silicon Labs Si2168 #3 : DVB-C #0 - poll TIMEOUT" in the tvheadend logs... When I go look in /var/log/syslog, I get messages like the ones attached, usually starting with "kernel: cx23885: cx23885[1]: mpeg risc op code error" and a lot of debug details following afterwards.

    Any ideas?

Yes, i have the same tunner. The only Drivers that works for me is Crazy Cat.

I use the option (Force Old state) in tunners for try fix this issue. It's not 100% fix, But i think it helps.

That issue comes from TVH and i reported it support area.

They think that are some process loading and force tunner to get pull time out.

If you find some info share with us in unraid TVH topic, but not reply in this topic because is only related for DVB recognized process, and it's not our problem.

    Best regards

  12. Hi CHBMB, thanks a lot ;)
I tested the 3 available releases with my setup (1x DVBSky S950, 1x WinTV-quadHD) and not of them works good.
Libreelec not reconzize me the DVB-C from WinTV-quadHD, and the other 2 give me DVBsky as DVB-T tunner!
For me the only build is TBS (CrazyCat) drivers, so i will revert to 6.7.2!

But thanks a lot for help us.

I just (yesterday) built a new UNRAID server using an Athlon 200GE and a Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard.  Everything runs super smooth and even some a few dockers for torrent/zerotier and power draw and heat dissipation are minimal.  CPU rarely spikes above 50% use even during intense transfer sessions.

    I couldn't be happier.

p.s.  I use a separate machine to run ProxMox and that has many containers/VM's there.

Its possible to IGP passthrough Vega 3 graphics ?
    It's will be very usefull!!
