I booted in Safe mode. Still having the same issue. What is testparm? houseofgivens-safemode-diagnostics-20250828-1520.zip- SMB Shares disappeared after most recent update.
Here is an updated diagnostic report.houseofgivens-diagnostics-20250828-0649.zip- SMB Shares disappeared after most recent update.
I do have some situated as you say. Most of them are in the app data. This had not been an issue until after the update.- SMB Shares disappeared after most recent update.
All the shares show up in the tab. The only share that shows up when I look for it on the network is the flash drive. At one point I was able to see more but that dwindled down to just the flash drive. At one point I was able to see more of the shares but that dwindled down until the only one I can see is the flash boot drive. All of them are visible in the shares tab.- SMB Shares disappeared after most recent update.
houseofgivens-diagnostics-20250827-2128.zipI updated Unraid and everything was fine for a while. Then my SMB shares vanished. I disabled NFS, and Host access in Dockers..no joy. Please assist.- SteamOS
The Holo option may have worked, but I do not have an AMD GPU. :(- SteamOS
Sorry for the radio silence. Had to rebuild my server lol. I'm going to give it a try and report back.- SteamOS
I did try. It asked for an ISO for the setup. I downloaded the Steam OS from the site, but it would not allow me to use it for the setup of the VM. I was looking for a. way to run it as a VM and seeing if anyone had a guide for setup?- SteamOS
I am trying to find a guide for setting up a SteamOS. I got the headless Docker to work, but wanted to use the non-headless instead. Any advice would be helpful. I am running an: CPU- AMD epyc rome 64core MB- Asrock ROMED2T RAM- ECC 128GB GPU- RTX QUADRO 4000- I can not seem to get my Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 to work in my VM anymore.
Late reply. It worked itself out.- SteamOS

How do I disable SMT?- No gui (web or local) after 6.12.8 update.
houseofgivens-diagnostics-20240223-1314.zip After I updated from 6.12.6 to .8 I have been unable to access my server via a gui. I can still access my files. Nor can I change the boot options i.e. SAFE mode. would appreciate your guidance.- Adding drives to native Z pool.
I tried to add them via the GUI...no joy. Does same width mean since I have 8 12TB drives I wound Need to add 8 14TB drives? Currently only have six. Is there a different way to add them? Or would I need to delete pool and reestablish it with all the drive at once instead of adding to it?- Adding drives to native Z pool.
I swapped the 14TB for the 12s. How do you add them as a vdev"?- Adding drives to native Z pool.
I recently upgraded to the most recent version of Unraid. I was running a separate z pool on unread, but now since the feature was added I created a native Z pool with extra drives then transferred the data from my old Z pool to the new one. I was trying to figure out how I could integrate those drives into the new Z pool. Total there are 6 14 terabyte drives (native Z pool) and 8 12 terabyte drives. When I try to use the native feature to add them it spit out an error saying the drives were not of the same size. Is there a way around this without losing the data that I have on the 14 terabyte drives? I was hoping not to have to lose another drive for parody.- Windows VM not allowing me to use Quadro RTX 4000 as GPU
I updated my Bios and have not been able to get windows 10 VM to accept my Quadro RTX 4000. I tried reverting my bios back. IOMMU group changes after every reboot. I tried using disable, downstream, and multifunction in VM settings. I even created a new windows 11 VM and still no luck. I tried adding via IOMMU groups and got various errors such as "boot/config/plugins/nvidia-dri" "unable to find 'swtpm' binary in $path: no such file or directory" "device 0000:82:00.0 not found: could not access /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:82:00.0/config: no such file or directory" "device 0000:81:00.0 not found: could not access /sys/bus/pci/devices/". Windows 11 VM works with VNC Not Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated. houseofgivens-diagnostics-20220824-0717.zip- I can not seem to get my Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 to work in my VM anymore.
