  1. Yes and yes. RAM is rated at 2800Mhz but is running at 2133Mhz and that is lower than the max spec from here: ram speed I have now tried clearing CMOS settings on my motherboard and tried: Global C-States = Auto Power Supply Idle Control = typical current idle Booted up and server runned fine for a couple of hours then crash/reboot Changed bios settings again to: Global C-States = Disabled Power Supply Idle Control = typical current idle Server crashed again after a few hours. But if i skip unraid I still can boot it directly to windows without problems and it never crashes from gaming or any other activity. unraid-diagnostics-20211226-1305.zip
  2. After running fine for over a year unraid suddenly started crashing randomly. I thought it was connected to me upgrading to the 6.10 version, but downgrading did not solve the problem. The problem is that unraid reboots/crashes suddenly after running between 5min and a couple of hours. This is what I have tried: Removed UPS Removed GPUS Updated Motherboard BIOS Disabled VM engine Removed SSD cache from array Disable docker engine Migrated to a new USB-key and started over from scratch Runned memtest for 12 hours If I boot the server directly into windows 11 without running unraid I can run both gpu and cpu stress test for hours without any problems. I am completely out of ideas now. As I understand it should not be any hardware-problems as I can run windows barebone without any problems. I just purchased a new usb and started fresh from that one without restoring any settings. I restored the array and started downloading a few dockers through the "appstore" but after I finished configuring a couple of dockers the system crashed again. Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem can be ? My server specs: Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus Motherboard 64GB RAM running at stock-speed AMD Ryzen 9 3900X CPU Nvidia 1060 6Gb Nvidia GT 710 250Gb SSD cache 2x12TB HDD +12TB parity 512GB M2 for VM Coral USB Zigbee USB Soundcard USB unraid-diagnostics-20211225-2114.zip
  3. Is there any way to get the contents from the /mnt/user/appdata/ from the usb ? My biggest problem if I need to restart from scratch is getting all the configurations from all dockers like home assistant and similar back. Also will Unraid still see my data on my hdds so that I just mount them as usual ?
  4. I don't really know what to do. I have tried booting up windows directly from my nvme drive and it runs fine for several days without any reboots/crashes. I have also tried running memtest from 12 hours and also stress testing the cpu/gpu for a couple of hours without problems. But as soon as I launch unraid from USB the system reboots withing 20 minutes even after disabling vm-engine and most of the dockers. I even tried copying the config-folder from the usb and reformating the usb with unraid-config tool then copying back the config folder. But system still reboots after a while.
  5. Yes, but the strange thing is that as I understand the logs filling up is from the windows 11 vm spamming that the gpu is not avalible. If I reboot the logs is at 1% again. But I also tried disabeling the vm but the system still crashes. All the problems started when upgrading to 6.10 but even after reverting to stable 6.9.2 I still have the same problem now. could something have got corrupted after the upgrade ? I remember reading something about deleting some vm image template so that unraid downloads a new one.
  6. After running unraid for over a year without problems my server suddenly got really unstable where it rebooted randomly. At first it was rebooting a few times a week but in the end it it rebooted/crashed after a few minutes. I first thought that it was my Windows VM that caused this as it looked like it was the gpu in the VM that was the problem. But after alot of troubleshooting where I disabled the VM's, removed the gpu and checked the ram with memtest and not beeing able to find any problems I booted up Windows directly without unraid. I then ran cpu/gpu stresstests for several hours without problem and I have not been having any reboots at all when running windows directly. I have now ordered some new usb-sticks as it clearly is some problem with unraid that is causing the instability. But how do I restore my unraid server with dockers/settings in the best way without risking corrupting everything again ? Do I use the Unraid USB creator with the new usb and then copy some settings over from the old usb ? or how do I get everything up and running again ? Or can it be some unraid settings that is stored on any of the hdds that caused this ?
  7. I ordered new usb-drives to check if that solves anything. Edit: I just remembered that I am passing through the m2 as a raw disk to the windows 11 VM. So I tried booting from it directly without unraid, and right now it looks like there are no problems. I did some testing fo about an hour where I ran cpu/gpu stress tests and there was no reboots. I will do some more testing when I get home from work. But if it works without problems without unraid what could have caused all this instabillity ? Will all be fixed if I migrate to a new usb-key or could there still be something else that is corrupted in some way? And can I still transfer all settings docker/vms/etc. to the new USB or do I risk corrupting something again if I try to reuse all my settings ?
  8. ok, but I have been using the same ram since I built my unraid server and it just started crashing a couple of days ago. I also tried removing the GT 710 GPU but nothing changes.
  9. I disabled C-States but server still reboots
  10. Memtest has now completed 2 passes and no errors, does anyone have any tips on what I should look at next ? Edit: Also removed UPS, and server still crashed after 5 minutes
  11. I have an unraid server which has been running great for over a year. I am also running a windows 11 VM but after a while I stopped getting updates as I needed to pass throug a TPM module. I then upgraded to the next-branch of unraid and everything seamed to work well. But after a while I started getting random reboots where the whole server crashed that happened more and more frequently. My first suspicion was that the next-branch caused some problem with the gpu my VM vas using (GTX 1060 vith dumped bios). as I sometimes noticed that the log was at 100% before crashing and was filling up with: 2021-12-11T22:59:01.085965Z qemu-system-x86_64: vfio_region_write(0000:0a:00.0:region1+0x16ff78, 0x0,1) failed: Device or resource busy And if I look in my device info it looks like my 1060 gpu has the address 0000:0a:00.0. Most of the times the server starts normally after a crash/reboot and the Windows 11 VM starts up fine with video-output from the gpu. But after ~8hours - 5min the server craches and seams that it is getting worse as latly the server mostly crashes after a few minutes. So I firstly tried disabeling the VM´s but the server did still crash. I downgraded to unraid stable, updated bios and removed my 1060 gpu from the server but still is crashes after a few minutes. I am currently running memtest to exclude any memory-problems. But what else can I do if the memory is fine ? Can there be some problem with the Unraid USB-stick or something else that causes this problems ? My server specs: Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus 64GB RAM AMD Ryzen 9 3900X Nvidia 1060 6Gb Nvidia GT 710 250Gb SSD cache 2x12TB HDD +12TB parity 512GB M2 for VM The only strange thing that I have noticed even when the server was running fine is that I always have to unplug all cables from the 1060 gpu when rebooting the server otherwise I can't use it in any VM's. I am also using a nvidia GT 710 with an HDMI dummy plug as unraid needs a gpu as I understand. unraid-diagnostics-20211212-1451.zip
  12. I am running unraid that runs a Widows 11 VM that have been running well for over a year. But after upgrading to 6.10.0-rc2 I think my Windows11 vm is making my unraid-server crash several times a week. I am passing through a nvidia 1060 to the VM and this have worked for a long time before upgrading. But now suddenly I see the log is at 100% and is filling up with: `021-12-11T22:59:01.176974Z qemu-system-x86_64: vfio_region_write(0000:0a:00.0:region1+0x172ea8, 0x0,1) failed: Device or resource busy` Or the server suddenly just reboots Does anyone know how to fix this ? unraid-diagnostics-20211212-1451.zip

  14. I tried following the guide for setting up the passthroughvpn. I am trying to get a mysterium node docker up which uses webui-port 4449. I have added `--net=container:passthroughvpn` to the extra options in the mysterium container. But if I also change the network to None it will not start. I also created the port 4449:4449 and added 4449 to the additional port settings in passthrougvpn. But I cant reach the webui of the mysterium container. Have I missed something ? I can see that the wireguard config works as I get the correct ip.
  15. Is it possible to route individual containers networktraffic through the built in wireguard somehow ?
  16. Is it possible to integrate wireguard with this application somehow so that my public IP is not visible if someone else uses my node for something illegal ?
  17. are there any new on when the unraid update will be released ?
  18. I have upgraded my window 10 VM to Windows 11 a while ago. When trying to update it now says my computer is missing TPM 2.0 and secure boot. I am using a Ryzen 3900X which supports TPM 2.0 as I understand. Is there any guides of how to fix my VM so that I can update again ?
  19. When I open overseerr it takes like 30 seconds before the page loads. Am I the only one with this problem ? Is there any way to fix this ?
  20. I tried setting up FreeIpa but am having some problems getting it to work with authelia. I followed the youtube guide and it looks like everything is installed ok. I have changed my authelia configuration as mentioned in the guide and I can log in to the freeipa webui. The only thing that I have done is created a new user. But I always get "Invalid Credentials" after tying to log in using authelia. this is the error message: I also have another problem, when creating a new user and setting a password the password expires directly which is by desig after reading the FreeIPA doc. The user is supposed to reset the password on the first login and set a new password. But for some reason I also get Invalid credentials when trying to send the reset mail from authelia. Is this part correct "admin" method=POST path=/api/firstfactor remote_ip=<my_public_ip>" ? Should the post be sent from my external/public ip ? And could it be the cause of the problems ?
  21. Do you know if the problem was related to authelia or proxy manager ?
  22. I have been running unraid on my Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS motherboard since I built my first unraid-server. But I have hade some hard times since the beginning with IOMMU-groups and gpu-stubbing. I want to have use three gpus (two for VM's and one for transcoding/machinelearning). But the problem for me is that I never got the gpu stubbing to work. No matter what I do I always have to secrifice one of my two gpus to the unraid system and even tho it is stubbed the entire unraid system craches if I try to use the stubbed gpu. Also I have only been able to separate my USB in two IOMMU-groups so I only have one separate spare group for VMs, I need to use a usb-pci to add any more. So now I want to cahnge my motherboard to something different that have 3 pci-e x16 lanes and hopefully better IOMMU-groups for usb. I have found these motherboards so far that is in my price range: ASUS ROG Strix X570-F Gaming Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO ASUS Prime X570-Pro Have any one used one of theose boards with unraid and can give any tips if there are any problems ?
  23. sorry for spamming, but does anyone know why I get the problem described a few posts up ?
  24. I followed the Authelia tutorial on youtube and have set up Nginx Procy Manager and Authelia. It works pretty well but I have one problem. If I for example visit "overseerr.mydomain.com" I get the Authelia login-screen and am able to login and gets transfered to overseerr. But if I after that go to the same url : "overseerr.mydomain.com" or any other url that I have set up using Authelia/Proxy Manager I get an Authelia screen saying I am already logged in and my only option is to log out. After logging out I need to close the current Authelia login-screen as the extra routing url-info will have dissapeared. I then need to again go to my desired domain and now I get to the login-screen again and if I log in I get routed correctly again. What have I missed ?
