  1. Hey, yes I got a refund. Could you please share your experience and how many steams you've been able to have?
  2. Version: 6.10.0-rc2 Ryzen 7 2700 Asus B350-F GAMING 64 GB 2400MHz Nvidia-Driver v495.44 I am trying to set up a GPU for Plex transcoding. I picked up a Quadro P400 on eBay and I'm having issues with it. It is not being detected by Nvidia-Driver plugin. I am using a GeForce 7300 GT so that my PC boots. Here's what I'm encountering, and the different scenarios I've tested. 1. (Control) GeForce 7300 GT - System boots fine, operates as normal 2. (eBay Purchase) Quadro P400 - System Does not Post 3. (Known Working GPU) GTX 1070 - System boots fine, operates as normal, detected in System Device, detected by Nvidia-Driver, HW transcoding in Plex works 4. GeForce 7300 GT + Quadro P400 - System boots fine, operates as normal, P400 detected in System Devices in IOMMU Group 17, along with it's Audio Device. P400 not detected by Nvidia Driver. P400 Can be used in a Windows VM, although I get a Code 43 error. Could not use any tools to flash a clean BIOS. 5. Quadro P400 - installed in my Gaming PC, does not Post. If this GPU is a dud, because it does not post when installed in 2 different PCs, how is System Devices picking it up? Is this particular GPU a goner and should I ask for a refund? I have attached the diagnostics and the System Device's screenshot. unraidserver-diagnostics-20211108-1408.zip
  3. A graceful shutdown stops all docker containers and VMs gracefully, without issue.
  4. unRAID 6.9.1 Ryzen 5 2600 - not overclocked 32GB RAM - XMP set to 3200 2 8TB drives (parity/data) 240ssd Cache 256nvme for docker 240ssd for Zoneminder GT 7300 for unRAID Console GTX 1050 Ti for Plex I recently downgraded from my Dell R720 to my Ryzen 5 PC (Selling R720) and decided to throw in a GTX 1050 for Plex transcoding as the R5 2600 has 6C/12T compared to my R720's 20C/40T. Everything worked fine for a few days before I installed the GPU and then after installing it, the server would just hang up randomly. I was able to capture this picture of the error. It could be completely unrelated to the NVIDIA plugin and my GTX 1050, but historically I've always had problems with both of my GTX 1050 Ti's and my GTX 960, wether it was for a VM or for Plex transcoding. I have been using the same unRAID installation since September 2018. I've gone through 4-5 different servers and never had issues like this in the past. Any help as to what could have caused this to stall would be highly appreciated as it's not something I can replicate at will. Thanks in advance!
  5. First off I'm running unRaid NVIDIA 6.8.3 2020-03-05 because I run a gaming VM. Plex used to work fine and randomly started getting this error and becomes unresponsive. I do not know if a container update started causing this, as I didn't notice it until it stopped working. The only way to bypass is is to delete the Preferences.XML file, and restart. This sets up the server as a "new" server but it works. All the shares are still there. As soon as I made a change to any settings within Plex (ie. enable auto discovery,) I get this error again. I have a backup of my plex directory and tried running it with the plexinc container and still got the same error. I'm assuming this is an unRaid problem more than than a plex problem. Any help would be highly appreciated.
  6. I love that the bar to enter into this system is low. My first server was a 1.8GHz core 2 duo with 500GB storage. I'd love to see SSD Array support!
  7. Thanks! If you already have an unRaid system I believe this method is a no brainier.
  8. Hey all! I made I video demonstrating a cheap security camera system being used with Zoneminder through unRaid. I didn't want it to go into too much detail, so I think it presents enough information to get people hooked on unRaid just as i was hooked. Please let me know what you think, and enjoy! https://youtu.be/D3pjZKO5eIE
  9. Looking at the speed comparisons between Parity and Disk 1, there's a huge difference. I'll replace the drive. Thanks for all your help!!
  10. Here are the speed results. The only thing I can think of is that I added about 200gb of data over the past few days, but I don't think that should slow anything down...thanks.
  11. Thanks. Here you go. Thanks again for the help. unraidserver-diagnostics-20190301-0529.zip
  12. I don't know why my parity check is beginning to take 2+ days. Nothing changed, updated, upgraded. Same hardware same software are the previous times. Any help would be be appreciated. Currently running a check, 15 elapsed, 24+ left.
  13. Hey all! I've been using unRaid for almost a year now and stumbled upon a post by congeato on the Home Assistant forums where he documented on how to install Hassio on a VM in unRaid. I decided to make a video about it as it was extremely helpful to me and maybe someone else will appreciate it as well. https://youtu.be/BbzZjnCSEjs My unRaid server has an i7-2600 with 16GB Ram. Hassio performance is amazing! Reboots take less than 10-15 seconds and it's extremely snappy compared to a RPi3.
