  1. Thank you for the feedback. I have stopped leaving browser tabs open for the system and only open as needed. This seems to have slowed the growth of the log file.
  2. Good morning, My Unraid 6.12.6 system has been dealing with the /var/log getting filled due to the following repeating nginx errors: nginx: 2023/12/09 18:29:33 [crit] 7289#7289: ngx_slab_alloc() failed: no memory nginx: 2023/12/09 18:29:33 [error] 7289#7289: shpool alloc failed nginx: 2023/12/09 18:29:33 [error] 7289#7289: nchan: Out of shared memory while allocating message of size 15595. Increase nchan_max_reserved_memory. nginx: 2023/12/09 18:29:33 [error] 7289#7289: *213325 nchan: error publishing message (HTTP status code 500), client: unix:, server: , request: "POST /pub/devices?buffer_length=1 HTTP/1.1", host: "localhost" nginx: 2023/12/09 18:29:33 [error] 7289#7289: MEMSTORE:00: can't create shared message for channel /devices I found some other posts pertaining to the same issue; however, the resolutions do not seem to help. This issue has been happening for quite a while and the log seems to fill faster than ever after restarting. As of this instance, the first message seems to appear within 30 minutes of a restart. I have attached my diagnostics file in hopes someone can point me to the root cause and pertains provide a solution. Thank you, Erik nexus-diagnostics-20231215-1127.zip
  3. Is this UrBackup container a server installation, client installation or both? From what I can tell post-install and browsing through the posts, this appears to be UrBackup Server. I ask because my intentions were to install the container to backup various locations on my UnRaid server to another system running Windows with UrBackup Server installed. Is this possible with this container or am I going to have to create and spin up a VM with the UrBackup Client installed? Thank you, Erik
  4. Now we’re cooking! The temperature returneth! Great work. Thank you for seeing this through! [emoji1303] —Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  5. Ps. Just upgraded to v2020.01.11b. Same results. —Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  6. I just upgraded to v2020.01.11a; however, the temperature still does not appear on the iOS application (in Celsius or Fahrenheit). Was this expected? —Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  7. Done! —Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  8. I just applied the updated plugin and now the temperature value no longer appears whatsoever on the iOS application. —Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  9. Good evening, I am attempting to use this on my UnRAID 6.8.0 system. Copied the file from my Windows 10 machine to the flash drive (/boot/utt) as indicated in the instructions. I am having an issue with permissions. I can't seem to chmod 777 the file successfully. Also, attempting to change permissions using WinSCP doesn't seem to work. Obviously, I am getting a permission denied when attempting to run it. Can someone advise where I went wrong? Thanks, Erik
  10. Please don’t forget about my temperature issue. —Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  11. Unraid v6.7.2 This issue manifested itself right before I sent the email in this forum approximately three months ago. I think it happened when I installed 4.15 maybe? As for my settings, please see graphic... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

  14. Good evening, Do you have any updates on the temperature bug I reported about three months ago (#1006)? I updated to the latest version and the issue remains. Thank you, Erik Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  15. Good morning, In my situation, I ended up visiting the Supermicro website and checked to see which NVMe drives they tested/certified for use with my system board. I was able to find a Toshiba 1TB NVMe drive that was certified and went ahead and installed it in place of the Crucial NVMe. I can tell you that the results were much better but not perfect. I did have one recurrence where it disappeared. Once I power-cycled the system and scrubbed the drive pool, all was well again. As of this posting, no more problems. I'm hoping this will improve with future releases of UnRAID; however, for now, it is tolerable and just a minor inconvenience--as opposed to a major disruption when using the Crucial NVMe. Hope this helps, Erik
  16. Good evening, I am running v4.10.0 of the ControlR application and noticed that the CPU temperature reading is showing up in Celsius but with the Fahrenheit symbol as well. Has this yet been reported? I checked back a few pages and didn’t see it. My unRAID box is configured for Fahrenheit. Thank you, Erik Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  17. PS: Trying to create a new post but I think I am replying to an existing post... Good evening, Finally upgraded my UnRaid to 6.7.0 and the only casualty was my DelugeVPN container. I attempted to start and continually receive an Execution Error (Server Error). I've been looking around here for something similar but haven't yet found anything. Since it first set it up, it has just worked... until now. If anyone has read about this before, I would appreciate any guidance. I checked my supervisord.log and the following was recorded for today: 2019-05-20 17:44:25,874 WARN received SIGTERM indicating exit request 2019-05-20 17:44:25,880 DEBG killing watchdog-script (pid 150) with signal SIGTERM 2019-05-20 17:44:25,880 INFO waiting for start-script, watchdog-script to die 2019-05-20 17:44:26,880 DEBG fd 16 closed, stopped monitoring <POutputDispatcher at 22387675056840 for <Subprocess at 22387675685608 with name watchdog-script in state STOPPING> (stdout)> 2019-05-20 17:44:26,881 DEBG fd 20 closed, stopped monitoring <POutputDispatcher at 22387675057008 for <Subprocess at 22387675685608 with name watchdog-script in state STOPPING> (stderr)> 2019-05-20 17:44:26,881 INFO stopped: watchdog-script (terminated by SIGTERM) 2019-05-20 17:44:26,881 DEBG received SIGCHLD indicating a child quit 2019-05-20 17:44:26,881 DEBG killing start-script (pid 149) with signal SIGTERM 2019-05-20 17:44:27,882 DEBG fd 11 closed, stopped monitoring <POutputDispatcher at 22387675056448 for <Subprocess at 22387675590496 with name start-script in state STOPPING> (stdout)> 2019-05-20 17:44:27,883 DEBG fd 15 closed, stopped monitoring <POutputDispatcher at 22387675056616 for <Subprocess at 22387675590496 with name start-script in state STOPPING> (stderr)> 2019-05-20 17:44:27,883 INFO stopped: start-script (terminated by SIGTERM) 2019-05-20 17:44:27,883 DEBG received SIGCHLD indicating a child quit I did go back a week and found the following (perhaps my container has had issues prior to today? 18. Good evening, I am relatively new to unRAID and I can say so far it has been a very good experience. There is just one issue I cannot seem to figure out. My system will be humming along nicely and out of the blue a warning appears indicating "BTRFS cache pool missing devices". I have a two drive cache configured and periodically one of the cache devices (not always the same one) just disappears. I've read through the forums and found other instances; however, some of these messages are dated and the version running was much older than my 6.6.7. The only way I can get the cache drive to return is by completely powering down the system and then turning it back on again--apparently a reboot isn't sufficient. I have attached my Diagnostics file and am hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. Today, April 28, 2019 at 5:29 PM EDT was the latest occurrence. Thank you, Erik nexus-diagnostics-20190428-1928.zip
