15 bay tower server for sale $750 including shipping in the continental US.
Built new in May 2012 this was my main server until Nov 2017.
Nice setup just too big for my needs.
I recently downsized to a smaller server (Node 304).

Tweaknews works well for me.

Decent deal for anything NOT involving unraid. Those cards have a bad reputation for dropping drives when used with unraid.
Should work fine for a windows box.
Ok, good to know. Like I said, I never got to use it for unraid, ended up using M1015 back then. Thanks

Does transcoding to ram still work?
I am using the Official Plex Docker.
I'm asking because the Real Docker FAQ states "Note: Since about Plex version 0.9.14, transcoding to RAM does not work. Recommend avoiding this option."

Conclusion: With unRAID 6.5.0, the ASRock C236 WSI can no longer be booted in "legacy" mode (non-UEFI boot and EFi- folder on flash drive). UEFI boot is now required and boot priority #1 must be UEFI: {Flash Drive} with all others disabled and the flash folder EFI- must be renamed to EFI.
Basically, I can confirm what Gamephreak discovered. I think the key to getting it to boot normally are his #3 and #6.
I have this board (C236 WSI P2.10) and did not have any issues at all upgrading from 6.4.1 to 6.50.
After reading the comments here, I got curious and hooked up a monitor to my server to check the boot settings.
I am booting in "legacy" mode (non-EFI boot and EFI- folder on flash drive)
I tried changing only the boot mode to UEFI (without renaming EFI- folder) and of course it failed to boot, so I changed it back.
Should I update the bios and make the changes to UEFI boot mode or since everything is working fine could I just leave it alone?

Thank you both for the replies, especially the link frank1940 provided on the benefits of single vs dual parity.

Hello,
I just upgraded to 6.4.1 and would like to upgrade to dual parity, larger data drives and cache pool.
I only have room for 6 HDD and 2 SSD.
Currently I have:
1 x 3TB Parity drive
5 x 3TB Data drives (disk 1 is currently empty as it is failing)
1 x SSD cache drive
I would like to upgrade to:
2 x Parity drives (6TB or greater)
4 x Data drives (6TB or greater)
2 x SSD Cache pool
Should I upgrade single parity to a larger drive first before removing the failing drive?
Should I remove the failing drive, reassign the others and rebuild parity before upgrading to a larger parity drive?
Or could I remove the failing drive, reassign the others and upgrade to larger dual parity drives all at the same time?

I have an AZZA Helios 910 if you're interested.
Right now it's a complete server, but no longer in use.
I can part it out and sell you the case.
It has 9 external 5.25" drive bays (tabs have been flattened to accommodate drive cages).
solid side panels (no side fans).
140mm top fan
120mm rear fan

I received the PM, will ship the board out tomorrow am.

Hello,
Is there a way to resize the noVNC window to fit the display?
When I connect to a Windows 8.1 vm using noVNC in Unraid 6 B15 I cannot see the entire desktop without scrolling left /right and top/bottom.
When I connect using remote desktop, I can see the entire desktop without having to scroll.
I get the same result when using noVNC with an Ubuntu 15.04 vm.
Is this normal for noVNC? This is the first time I have used it.

Another thumbs up for Amex!
And in case you haven't done this already, I recommend you set up text/email alerts for "card not present" transactions.
I have these alerts set up for my Chase Visa also.

None currently.
Waiting for an "official" APCUPS plugin for unRAID 6.
When I was on v5, I ran SAB/CP/SB/PMS plugins but I am moving those over to a VM in v6
-
I currently have 1 Parity, 5 Data, 1 SSD Cache, expandable up to 18 drives (15-3.5" + 3-2.5")
-
16GB, this is the same hardware I ran ESXi on previously. Now running 6.0-b5a.

Using SSD cache drive only for XEN VM's at the moment.
