  1. Thank you johnm, I have the X7SPA-HF-525 using v5b14 with sab/sb/cp/pms plugins downloading to an app drive (using drive mount plugin) and then moving the completed files to the shares automatically. The only issue is when streaming 720P mkv's to a Roku 2 using plex. (Roku doesn't support mkv and I think the server has to handle the transcoding to play on Roku using Plex client). Streaming to Boxee Box works great. In your opinion, would I see any better performance using 8 GB ram? I don't really care about the Roku streaming part, just wanted to know if it was a worthwhile upgrade Sent from my DROID2 using Tapatalk
  2. I was under the impression that these boards only supported up to 4 GB ram Is there a bios update that will increase the maximum ram? Sent from my DROID2 using Tapatalk
  3. I think this answers the 1st question Maybe someone els can help with the 2nd one.
  4. No issues, everything is working great. I just wanted to see how other users name their files. Thanks
  5. Watch out, it might say it's disabled, but it might not be! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0Ags-JmeLMFP2dFp2dkhJZGIxTTFkdFpEUDNSSHZEN3c Thanks, I disabled the router PIN http://support.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/19824/kw/wps/session/L3RpbWUvMTMyNjU2MzYzMC9zaWQvZXh5YzI4T2s%3D But your second link states for the WNDR3700v3 (didn't list WNDR4000) "PIN can be disabled, but WPS cannot be switched off completely" Oh well
  6. I am looking for opinions on the best way to name my movies. My collection is growing fast and I would like to know if there is a better way. I currently have Movies as my share name and am using this format: Movies/The Blind Side (2009)/The Blind Side (2009).mkv Would I be better off using this format: Movies/Blind Side, The (2009)/The Blind Side (2009).mkv Thanks, Mark
  7. Correct, you can use the free version and add a 4th drive for apps using snap or the drive mount plugin Sent from my DROID2 using Tapatalk
  8. I have an Antec 300 and if you wanted to stay with it I think you can get 12 drives inside. 6 x 3.5 internal 3 x 5.25 external (use a 5in3) 1 x 2.5 internal (at the bottom of the case) for a laptop drive or SSD Sent from my DROID2 using Tapatalk
  9. My situation is similar in that I started with v5b14 unlicensed and I use the drive mount plugin for an "apps" drive (sab/sb/cp/pms). When I upgrade to a Plus or Pro license, should I change from using an "apps" drive to a cache drive? Would there be any benefit? Everything is running smoothly with the current setup, so I am tempted to leave it alone after I upgrade to Plus or Pro. Sent from my DROID2 using Tapatalk
  10. Sounds like the next release is not far off, and 5.0 final soon after that.
