Solutions

  1. ados's post in UPDATE FROM 6.9 TO 6.11.5 AND GOT PERMISSIONS BREAK DOCKERS: SOLVED was marked as the answer   
    Apologies for the delay, been a busy few work weeks and fixing network systems all day takes any enjoyment out of troubleshooting your own.
    I tried the suggestions above along with others with no luck.
    I seemed to have resolved the issues by deleting and rebuilding the docker.
