And I'll just assume that brfs eating 25% of volume is black magic and forget about it. Cheers both.

Mizerka's post in nginx sambda died? input output error was marked as the answeryeah, replacing drive now, got a recent backup from connect, funnily enough had a spare usb stick that is in system now and has been working for a few years now, when I went to flash backup zip, it said its blacklisted, adata.
kingston data traveller, no guid. manual install, kernel panic.
sandisk extreme, boot loops.
back to backup blacklisted adata, manual, works fine...
maybe one day we'll move away from the archaic licensing by usb key.
