I have found that only .ts video files won't transfer .mp4 files of any size will transfer. So I convert all .ts files to mp4 and all goes well. I'm sorry for the late reply, my wife has been sick.

I am running 6.12.8. I have lot of space. I tried using a win11 and win10 machine. Neither will work, I get the same error. The server has been working fine for at least 5 years. Included is a pic of the error and latest diags. Can anyone help? tower-diagnostics-20240317-1847.zip
