  1. I guess it depends how you configured your Synology but if you used SHR or SHR-2 you have no way to just "plug in" your drives and retain the data. I'm currently in the process of transferring 30TB of ISO's using 2 x 4TB externals (the server I'm transferring to is off-site) which is crazy slow. I'm also taking the gamble to keep my costs down of pulling out my redundant drives in the Syno so I dont have to buy 3x8TB drives for the Unraid array until I can pull all the drives from the Syno. The idea is I'll fill what I have (13 odd TB) without touching the Syno then pull one of my 2 redundant disks and add it to the Unraid, fill that, then pull the other redundant disk and have my data at risk for the final leg of the transfer. In the end I weighed it up and the time cost of regathering the ISO's is much much less than the $700 odd Aussie Dollars 2 x 8TB disks would cost that in total size I don't really need. Edit: The math is probably a bit off here but its worked out properly on paper at home
  2. Afternoon, I have a strange issue where if I select a disk, on its properties page it shows "Unavailable - disk must be spun up", specifically: The disk is already running so isn't spun down. Clicking "Spin Up" does nothing but the logs show the attempt. I've found a few reports of this going back pretty far so looks like its a pretty long standing bug. Anything I can do to help nail it down let me know!
  3. This just fixed the same problem. LEGEND! Wonder if this could be added to the "Fix Common Problems" plugin or something!
  4. Looks like its gone! Thank you!!
  5. I don't. I have a Pihole but in theory that shouldn't affect the UI? Unless the UI is calling external which would bother me a little.
  6. Hey all, This is super minor but annoying for someone with OCD. This blank tab has appeared and I can't get rid of it. Have uninstalled all plugins but it remains. I had a look around and found on the page map its listed as PluginAPI. Any ideas? Clicking on it does nothing. Also, unrelated but will put it here rather than posting again, this keeps coming up in my logs, I'm happy to ignore it if it means nothing but wanted to check.
