So i continued my tinkering switching between UEFI boot and Bios (Currently only Bios boots for my original USB) and i have been doing the Flag on the EFI folder on and off, im still having no luck at all. I also tried a different USB port. ill continue to tinker as time goes on as I really wanted this to work. and now im getting scared that its not working.

iv used 3 recommend drives so far, still same issue so iv been flashing different ways. ill be trying more later if i get time today.

Ok so instead of using a backup I manually copied all files on the flash drive. Now it gets passed bzimage but freezes on bzroot. I find this all weird...

I have tried a fresh os with my config and still doing the same thing. Just sitting at bzimage ... And the _ line flashing so it's not locked up just sitting there.

Looking for some advice. I restored a backup to a new flash drive and when it boots it seems to freeze up on loading bzimage. Boots fine from old flash drive still, but it's super old and I just want to replace it. I've tried with a few different flash drives and same thing happens each time. Any help is appreciated also if i try just doing a fresh install and move just the CONFIG folder over would that folder contain everything i need as if nothing ever happened when switching over?

Yes im having same issue as these fellow unraiders. looking for a solution. i even tried to remote the share and re-add it and no luck =(

Looking for a little support, very new to tailscale. I like to follow spaceinvader tutorials, i worked with his latest video doing 4GET with GluetunVPN and Tailscale. I got that all setup and it works, however what im looking to acieve and im not sure if its possible is to still utilize 4get through tailscale with glueton as exit point, and be able to access 4get through all my LAN devices not part of tailscale (Note i do use pfsense as well) what would be the best way to achieve this instead of adding a ton of devices to my tailscale network, just want the local devices to access 4get via lan and utilize the exit node in tailscale on the 4get container.

@ich777Iv helped other people get a linux version running. A big help to this was adding -oldconsole to the startup parameters, this makes it use the old server console instead of the new version that seems to resolve a lot of linux related issues with starting a server in linux with wine.

Hello All, I been searching through the app store, but don't seem to find anything. my wife is looking to start writing a novel. is there a docker container that she can go to to help her do some writing (Perhaps with more tools and such to help her along the way) She did like a software called Novel Factory, but she doesn't want to keep that. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Once i have backed up the data, whats the easiest way to restore the cache drive back again with the backup to make things go back to normal. (I appreciate the help greatly.) simple MC command and re-write the data back? or anything special needed to be done?

I know theres no hardware raid, i just didnt setup unraid properly i dont think then or the server when i did this a couple years back, was working fine, So does this mean the Drive itself is toast? I was following step 1, which it mounted and backing up everything as we speak. Once i have a backup just wipe the drive? i had a hard power cutoff prior to this happening (Which i think was the cause of the issue)

Hello All, Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I'm looking to tinker with Unreal Engine 5 and making a game. What i would like to accomplish is basically have a docker (Something possibly Similar to Github) to backup and mirror my Project, but also possibly share with another that will also need to mirror and work on the project. I want this project more private and without some of the restrictions of github. Does anyone have suggestions on which docker i could use to accomplish this or something similar or better? Thank you so much

I did have DMZ on for the server. I have disabled that. As far as ports that are open. Just some of the dockers I have for open ports such as game servers, but mostly everything else I keep to local items only. I do have a proxy setup with cloud flare for Nextcloud and Bitwarden but that’s really only servers I have. I appreciate the reply. As far as the interface goes I don’t see a setting anywhere for remote access but port 80 isn’t open.

Iv noted my logs constantly going through this process. Can anyone help me figure out if something i should be concerned about, as im seeing a lot of login attempts that i dont know what the heck they are from especially from an SSH standpoint This is from the general log in unraid for whole system.

Thanks for the response, Honestly main goal here is to run other games that is not added into amp, Such as game ECO, which needs that to function. So it used so that other steam games and such can be hosted that dont have a native module.

Think I found the first bug, If you try to add for example a generic module, it freaks out about missing some dependencies with dotNET. I may think this is also valid for steam related games too that need dotNET, complains about system.global.localization needing to be set to true as well due to the dotNET related its from my research, I haven't found a way to change that setting anywhere in AMP software. When I don't use a docker version of AMP I don't have this issue. any suggestions?

Also note, Granted we can share the folders and such from unraid to say Windows, but you will be denied access when trying to use samba since AMP has its own admin account in a way and logged in via unraid through samaba wont grant you access to the folder structure, so SFTP is best route to be honest.

SFTP in AMP uses ports like 2223,2224,2225 ext.... doesn't use the standard port of 22. But the main AMP core service uses 2223 which can access all servers with that one. Just hope my research in this helps Other users that are interested in this docker so they don't run into problems 😃

After some Tinkering around i managed to figure out my request. But if anyone needs help with the SFTP issue, you need to add the port to the settings in the Docker for adding additional ports as AMP uses 22## port, just add that as TCP and you will be able to use SFTP. It also appears you may need to add any/all ports you need open via this method to for anything to forward properly in unraid.

I love the idea of this..... I do have a question though if anyone knows as iv never attempted something. Right now i have a linux VM that is dedicated for just AMP. now obviously a performance boost would take place not to use a VM. Would there be away to assign the docker to an unassigned SSD i have which has my VMs on it currently which was dedicated to the VMs, or at least have it so the Data of the Docker goes to the unassigned drive (Meaning Docker on my cache drive and the Game Servers and such to the Unassigned device? @binhex Im noticing when PRIVOXY is enabled, i never can connect, I turn if off, and usually can connect fairly quickly Ok foot in mouth 30 minutes later it pushed through, but i do find it odd 5 min connect time with it off.

So i was able to connected with Netherlands, But in my testing i had turned privoxy off, and it connected in about 5 minutes, I turned it back on and back to cycling. will report any changes.

So i went through the process, tried a few servers, but still getting that loop even after 20 minutes of patience. Attempted all Canadians, Mexico, Bahamas, then i attempted sweeden as another person had luck on.
