[Support] binhex - MinecraftBedrockServer
supervisordredacted.txtHas anybody else had issues with their minecraft server? In the game client I just get the vague "An error has occured." I even tried deleting the entire docker and re-installed it without changing anything from the default and I get the same error. I added my supervisord with my IP redacted for refference.

So, my server at some point started ignoring the online-mode=false option and now none of my kids can connect to it due to the "You need to authenticate to microsoft services". server.properties

Mover not moving Downloads folder Version 7.0.0
Thanks that fixed it.

Mover not moving Downloads folder Version 7.0.0
I tried that but still nothing. I tried changing it from the mover settings from “nvme to array” into “array to nvme” saved it and then moved it back but no success.

Mover not moving Downloads folder Version 7.0.0
I am trying to get the mover to move files off my downloads folder (nvme drives) to the array, but the mover instantly stops after starting. Ideally, I want files that finished downloading to eventually move to the HDD and continue seeding there. What am I missing? Thanks for your help. tower-diagnostics-20250111-1420.zip

Unraid OS version 6.12.14 available
Thanks I selected another pool and then put it back and after saving the changes it fixed the issue. Thanks.

Unraid OS version 6.12.14 available
After this update I get many of my shares showing a cache is not found. Oddly enough I never used this cache for any of them and they go straight to the array.

Slow rebuild speeds. Version 6.12.13
You nailed it. I used more than one splitter on one of my cables. I removed it and reoganized some pSATA cables and I'm back to full speed. Thanks.

Slow rebuild speeds. Version 6.12.13
Yes I am using a splitter. The PSU is a 1200watt psu so I assumed that power was not a problem but you might be on to something. I am using two splitters for my pSATA.

Slow rebuild speeds. Version 6.12.13
No I swapped it with Disk 4 for the power cable and used another SATA port and a new sata cable on disk 5. I have a theory; I am using one of the two Asus PCIE cards (I posted about in the first thread) to house the nvme to sata cards. Would that cause these issues?

Slow rebuild speeds. Version 6.12.13
I replaced the SATA cable with a new one and switched the power cable with another drive. The issue is still the same.tower-diagnostics-20241028-1959.zip

Slow rebuild speeds. Version 6.12.13
Two of my drives needed to be repaired because they became disabled, and I just had to remove and re-add then to queue the rebuild. The drives are practically brand new and even when I replaced them with another good drive, but they still had a slow rebuild speed. So, I replaced all the SATA cables with new ones, and I still have the same problem (this has happened before, so I got desperate). I know in the past there was some approved sata cards that I added to my setup, but I wanted to make sure I did not have something in my setup that is not good. So here goes: I have two of these: and two of these: Benchmark docker also shows the following: Any help is appreciated!

I tried this guide but sadly it did not work. https://jamesachambers.com/minecraft-bedrock-server-resource-pack-guide/

I am not sure how up to date the bedrock_server_how_to.html is but I am worried that enabling rtx or any pack might not work right now:

[Support] binhex - MinecraftBedrockServer
I have tried that and a few others before. My biggest issue is knowing where to drop the files. So I downloaded the file from this url https://mcpedl.com/truly-vanilla-rtx/#downloads the file itself was the standard .mcpack extension so I renamed it to .zip and extracted the files. Do I place the files in binhex-minecraftbedrockserver > minecraft > resource_packs or someplace else?

I use notepad++ so I went to Edit > EOL Conversion and choose Unix (LF). It looks like it was already Unix so I converted it to windows CR-LF to see if that made any changes. That ended up not working so I switched it back to unix LF but the issue still persists.

@binhex I appreciate all the work you have done for this docker. I managed to get it to work and after reading 20+ pages on this thread I have two things I would appreciate your help with. #1 Operator access stopped working out of nowhere (I probably fudged it up trying to get raytracing enabled somehow, more on that later). I still have the permissions file set up like this: and the server.properities has this flag: My webui confirms that the xuid I am using is accurate but as you can see below it only shows my access as a member. I tried deleting the entire docker and all the files left over and reinstalled it. Then I copied the world and the server.properties and permissions.json over so that my world will be restored but that did not fix my permissions. #2 What is the best way to enable RTX (raytracing) for the server? I tried a few guides but none of them worked for this docker. Is there any guide you suggest? I upgraded my kids computers with 3090's and I wanted them to get to enjoy raytracing with me but we do not want to lose our server and all the hard work we put into it. All your help is deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance and we really hope you can help us.

I tried using the bedrock docker but I keep getting the "You need to authenticate to Microsoft services" on all my clients. The clients see the server and even show the ping for it and player count 0/10 but I can't seem to connect due to the message stated before. I have tried both the internal IP (10.10.42.54) and external (wan ip) with the same result. The port used is 19132,19133 and it is forwarded from my router. My other game server dockers work (V rising and enshrouded) running on the unraid server. Any help is appreciated, I am stumped. minecraft_supervisor_log.txt

My players had the high usage message too (2 players or more). Meanwhile I run my unraid server on a 3990x threadripper (64 core 128 thread cpu) and I have assigned 64 cores to this docker but it never goes above 5% usage.

So what is the best way for us to ,migrate our setup to this one? Many of us could not wait and used another docker as a base and made the changes recommended here on this thread. I want to make sure the game data is not affected. What would you recommend the best upgrade path be?

I never edited my enshrouded_server.json but I did use the SERVER PASS with a password (redacted below). My issue is that the game does not use my password and instead defaults to open. Anything I can do? Also does the game server have like a minimum password requirement?

Out of curiosity how much space does this take? I tried to use another docker as instructed on page 2 and ran out of space. "Error: write /var/lib/docker/tmp/GetImageBlob315832572: no space left on device"
