Ahoy Unraiders, I am curious if it is possible to use a USB monitor as the primary display (GUI mode) for unraid. From some searching, the displaylink driver seems to be included in the kernel, but I am unsure if the unraid OS can utilize this as its display outside of a VM? Any help would be appreciated.

Curious, can the hdd id being the same be the issue?

Hi Constructor, Apologies for not writing back sooner. I've attached two diagnostic zips. One with the HDD connected to the MB and the other with it connected to the HBA. If it helps, the HDD in question is a TOSHIBA. I have two of them connected, but only one of them has this problem. Thank you for any insight you can give... Good Day Unraiders! I have recently setup an Unraid based PC and am scratching my head with a HDD detection issue. I have a HBA card (LSI-9211-8i) in IT mode with 8 HDD connected. All are being recognized except one. I have moved this HDD to all other connections on the HBA and it isnt recognized. Now the odd part. When I connect the HDD to the motherboard it is detected fine, passes preclear and extended smart. Back on the HBA, if I remove the problematic HDD and use another HDD from another PC it detects all 8. Has anyone come across this before? Am I missing something?
