05.03 The flash drive which has been used passed out. I went to wiki and read information about possible recovery in this situation. Obtained new flash drive and opened a support ticket.
11.03 6 days passed and there is no reply from the support team. I double checked all the information provided in the ticket recently and fixed a possible mistake with old GUID. Opened second ticket.
15.03 4 more days passed. Still no reply from the support team.
How long should it take to re-register a key? Does the support team even exists?
