  1. "Switching it to an absolute path of /downloads will solve the issue" Where? Where should I set that? Do I need to rename the actual directory or something? Or where should the change be made? I can not seem to get away from the /config thing. Thank you for your continued help.
  2. Thank you kindly for the reply. I am sorry to say I am kind of, well not "kind of" more like "am", confused on the paths and how they would need to be set. Here are two more screenshots of the two areas. One that you mentioned and the other from the post link provided. I really am not sure what to change where I am sorry to say. The TV shows did end up in the right folder after it was downloaded. (Well, at least to where I expected it would go when all done.) I also did see it go into incomplete and then when done move to complete so I know all that is working. I am not sure why I am so lost with this or why it would be so weird. A path is a path...but it then does not seem to be so. Thank you.
  3. Hi All... Ok, new to Docker and I have just today installed Sonarr and sabnzbd and can not see to get past.... "Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /config/Downloads/complete/TV/The.Middle.S07E09.HDTV.x264-LOL-Obfuscated" Attached are screen grabs of the paths. Looking for some help. The directories are 777. I have no idea where /config/ is coming from vs what is actually set. Thank all.
  4. Tried another machine, and then another, nothing shows in the box. Very strange.
  5. Interesting enough that if I open a browser and goto.... http: //server/logging.htm?title=Log%20Information&cmd=/webGui/scripts/tail_log&arg1=syslog ...nothing opens in the page. If I just load... http://server/logging.htm ...I get a DONE button. It is NOT able to open a TAIL it seems. This is very pondering it does not work.
  6. HEY GARY!!!! The server has been doing GREAT on the road. It really has done a fine job. I do not have another machine I can run the drive in as, well, you know we live in a motor coach. So it is just our MacBooks and the terra server. I used a drive from my notebook as the cache drive when I replaced it with an SSD. So I was going to remove that and use the port to preclear. I do have another port I can use, just not sure the power supply will be able to handle more than the 6 full size drives and one Notebook drive. It was that SILVERSTONE ST45SF-G 450W. Only thing I have had to do up till now is replace a failing fan in the PS and one of the large case fans.
  7. I did not miss it. My parity drive is getting some errors reported in Smart. I will have the replacement tomorrow and wanted to remove my cache drive and use that connection to hookup and clear the new drive before I make it the parity drive. Not quite sure how I do the second step being parity and all. Guessing it would be like replacing any drive. Just have not done it with V6 yet.
  8. Ah...Totally missed that. Sooooo used to UnMenu. Thanks for the help.
  9. Thanks. I hate to ask, but were do I find V6 plugins? I see how to use Docker and got that to show me files...but plugins do not seem to have a way to list ones you can install.
  10. Hi... I keep reading about preclear and I understand why you want to do it to etc, etc. But what I do not know is that is it an option that shows you can use up on a new drive in ver 6? I ask for I have a new drive arriving tomorrow to replace my parity drive. I see nothing in the menus for preclear, so I am just checking in. Thanks
  11. Nope. Makes no sense. It is like the server does not ever respond to the request. Browser just sits and waits.
  12. You would surely think so...But not the case... root@Server:~# ls -l /usr/local/emhttp total 24 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 5 Sep 3 2014 boot -> /boot/ lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 8 Sep 3 2014 log -> /var/log/ -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2618 May 4 15:26 logging.htm lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 4 Sep 3 2014 mnt -> /mnt/ drwxr-xr-x 10 root root 200 Oct 2 07:30 plugins/ -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 381 Dec 6 2014 reboot.htm -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 385 Dec 6 2014 shutdown.htm lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 Sep 3 2014 state -> /var/local/emhttp/ -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 984 Aug 2 02:11 update.htm -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4324 Aug 22 17:15 update.php lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 Nov 13 2014 webGui -> plugins/dynamix/ root@Server:~#
  13. Good thought... 404 File not found Interesting that does not show up in the window that opens but just waits.
  14. Telnet into your server and do: ping server What does it show? root@Server:~# ping server PING Server (127.0.0.1) 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from Server (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.033 ms 64 bytes from Server (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.036 ms 64 bytes from Server (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=0.036 ms 64 bytes from Server (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=4 ttl=64 time=0.035 ms 64 bytes from Server (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=5 ttl=64 time=0.032 ms 64 bytes from Server (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=6 ttl=64 time=0.037 ms 64 bytes from Server (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=7 ttl=64 time=0.032 ms
  15. Done both. Even tried another browser just for kicks. The open window just waits for the server to send data that is never sent. I can open other windows and the info shows in the windows. I can also go to the tools area and see the log without issue.
  16. Other windows open just fine. So does this one, it just never fills anything into the box. It is trying to open... http: //server/logging.htm?title=Log%20Information&cmd=/webGui/scripts/tail_log&arg1=syslog
  17. Hi... Current version 6.1.3 - (Moved to it yesterday...so far so great.) Option at the top right - LOG will open a window but the window never fills in. It just is "Waiting for Server" OS - Mac - Chrome Browser. I can get to the System Log under TOOLS. Any thoughts? Thanks (Side Note...Attachment size limited to 192K? Ouch.)
  18. Since there was a read error, there was no possibility of knowing whether or not there was a parity error. The only recourse was to calculate what should be there, and attempt to write it. Since the write succeeded, then the error count for that drive was incremented, but the parity was not in error. A parity error means all the drives read successfully for that location, but the calculated sum didn't match. A non-correcting parity check notes the discrepancy as a parity error, and leaves it uncorrected. A correcting parity check assumes the data drives are right and the parity drive is wrong and changes the parity drive to match and increments the parity error counter. If you were to have a drive failure and one of your other drives generates a read error while reconstructing the failed drive, then the reconstructed drive would have errors. Thanks so much for this. Might I ask...When you run a monthly check (assuming you do), do you have it correct or not correct? (BTW...I am now on V6. Just moved.)
  19. Hi...I also just moved to v6 today and I am also looking for a plugin or simple docker file for this. Had it in 5 and it worked great. When you use Mac's you get A LOT of these. Even though you can hide them in 6, they still take space. I really thought that v6 would have a way to do this built in. (When I read about hiding them, my mind went right to removing them. So I thought it was.)
  20. If it stays at 64, and you don't have any pending sectors through another parity check, then great, just monitor it. If the number grows, I'd replace the drive. Thanks, that was my thought. I just found it interesting that the home page the drive reported the errors, but the parity check area said it found no errors.
  21. Thanks. For that drive SMART shows the following... BTW...Smart Shows... » reallocated_sector_ct=64 » reported_uncorrect=10 » high_fly_writes=1011 » ata_error_count=10 ...Looking up info on those it does not seem like the drive it bad. The reallocated_sector_ct is not all that high seeing it is a 4TB drive and I think I recall it being 64 for a long, long time.
  22. Hi... Just wondering.... I just ran my monthly parity check. On the main screen for PARITY it shows ERRORS 156. However down below it reads... Last checked on Thu Oct 1 10:23:46 2015 EDT, finding 0 errors. Not sure what to make of this. 156 errors on parity yet found 0 errors? Looking in the log, I believe it read that they were sector read errors. (I say believe as I restarted the server so the log was reset.) So...Wondering about the above and also if I should rerun the CHECK with or without "Correct any Parity-Check errors by writing the Parity disk with corrected parity" checked off? (I had run it with it off over night ending this morning. 10hr 37 mins it took.) Thanks BTW...Smart Shows... » reallocated_sector_ct=64 » reported_uncorrect=10 » high_fly_writes=1011 » ata_error_count=10 ...For the parity drive at this time. Not sure how long it had those numbers however.
