@Squid I am hoping I am not doing something wrong, but when I select Memtest, it just reboot the server, and comes back the menu, or boots to unraid if I let it. Is it suppose to do something? Like this

Something keeps hanging in my system, resulting in me having to do a hard reset. I have tried all the thinks I can find to cli shutdown the array when it hangs but noting works. every two days, I have to hard crash my system, and run a parity check.. Thanks @johnnie.black I setup the syslog capture and I am still seeing instability in the system but have no idea what I am looking at. it started to act a little crazy, wouldnt load the docker page, so I tried to reboot it, but it is hung. Attached is the syslog syslog-192.168.29.30.log

I continue to have random system crashes, I was having issues with Reading from Disks (replaced SATA cables fixed this) but I am still getting random crashes, any help would be appreciated. valyria-diagnostics-20200224-1914.zip

@Djoss Apparently, the Hanging issue was the result of a faulty SATA Cable to one of my Array Disks. Odd that it would affect so much, but it appears to be working correctly now. Will check the speed on the next Bluray that I order

Hi All, does anyone have the Z390 Taichi mother board? I have a GeForce 1650 in it, but I'd like Unraid to use the onboard Graphics on my Intel Core i9-9900K (which has Intel UHD Graphics 630) and leave the GeForce to Plex and Passthrough to Windows VM. Plex appears to use it just fine, but the Passthrough always gives an error. Any help is appreciated.

That's what it suppose to do, but it hangs the entire system, requiring a Power Button force power down to get anywhere.

My system crashed yesterday (for unknown reasons), and when I rebooted it a parity check started immediately. however, at completion, it said there where, my question is, what do I do now? I downloaded the system diagnostic (posted below). I do have dual Parity, when it say it found errors, are those automatically fixed? what are the general next steps? Hi All, a little help if appreciated. I have 2 windows 10 VM's, one is my photography/lightroom/video editing VM that I need to pass through my graphics card too, but before I can even select the card, it wants me to update the VM, which when I press the button "update" update at the bottom, it never returns. and no changes can be made. it just stays at "updating....." Looking at the log, I can only see what is in the attached image. After attempting the first change, now all VM's will not allow changes

Two devices? I only have the one Bluray Drive, --device=/dev/sr0 is the only thing in Extra Parameters, is there suppose to be a second? By CC, do you mean the PGS file?

Hi, I have a couple VM's setup, two windows and one MacOS Two questions: in the Windows VM's, I changed locations of the Download Folders (in the download folders properties) to be on the Array in a share I setup for general use among all the VM's, regardless of which VM im in, i see all the files. is there a way to change the location in MAC to do the same? Also, when a VM writes things to this Download folders, or if I copy documents over, the permissions get funny, and i have to run Docker Safe Permissions to fix it. In Windows and Mac, it should write things using the credentials i set up, but still things get funky long the way, is there a way to fix this?

is anyone seeing speed issues? I have it setup and installed, its seeing the disc, but its super slow, I think its showing 9 hours to complete

Of course, that doesn't really answer the OP's question about "share 6", I am also looking for a solution to "Share 6", I'd like to make a share, that others have no access too. but it only gives me "read-only". How to I complete remove access to one or more users? when it only gives me these two options?
