  1. For those who got f**ked just like I did after updating, please go edit your container and put "akaunting/akaunting:2.1" in your repository section. This will role it back to the last image before v3 which causes all sorts of issues. I found this video to be helpful. It is now working for me again. I was scared that I lost 2 years worth of tracking in this software.
  2. Can someone kindly help me with this? Even time I restart the docker container for akaunting, it creates a new admin use with the email set in the docker settings. Now I have 79 users when I go into my Admin users view. If I set the following settings to false, it does not connect to the db I think anymore.
  3. Can someone please help out a noob I was using asus router before with a port forwarded to nginx and akaunting worked fine behind the nginx proxy manager. I recently have switched to pfsense, HAproxy, and ACME. I got all my dockers to work except for akaunting. Would someone please help me with this on how to get this to work with HAproxy? I also posted my issue in more details here. HAProxy issue. Thanks for your help.
  4. I was able to find a GTX 1050 Ti and a GTX 950 around my area for $80. I see these are supported for transcoding. Would my current CPU be able to keep up if I install one of these cards instead? Just trying to get some clarity before going and investing another $1000. Thanks again for your help.
  5. Hi Everyone, first of all thank you for reading....and replying. (I have been reading in this forum for recommendation but I feel I am going down a more expensive path than I need to be) This is my use case: - Server hosts Home Assistant VM (1 of 2 primary function) - Runs Plex Server (1 of 2 primary function). Currently does not transcodes but this has become a necessity as I can't figure out how to get my Plex client on Roku Stick+ and Nvidia Shield to play direct stream of any 4k HRD content. So I need to have 1-2 4k transcoding - Runs 1-2 VMs occasionally - Hosts about 3TB of video files This is my current setup (built from my old pc): - Gigabyte F2A85XM-D3H motherboard - AMD A8-5600K APU - 16GB of DDR3 - 4 HDD - 1 Cache - I also have plex pass I want to upgrade this server. I want to be able to support the above use cases as I am getting more 4k content now that I have a 4k TV and soon hoping to get a 4k projector. What do you guys recommend that will allow me to do the above? I have checked out a few people's signatures and they feel overkill for my needs. Thank you again for all your help. This is what I was thinking... https://newegg.io/7b7a91f I can also get a i5-11400 for $20 more instead of the i5-10400
  6. Thank you for this. it finally ran. I have been trying since last night. I did miss this part or rather didn't understand it well enough. At least I am getting errors now that are channel related.
  7. I tried but didn't find a github page. There is a docker hub page at https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/webgrabplus/ I read the instructions there. When I restart the docker container, I get the following log. I am not sure what to do to get it to run. How do I edit the cron schedule?
  8. sorry to ask a stupid question...how do I run this docker? docker exec -it webgrabplus webgrabplus This says: OCI runtime exec failed: exec failed: container_linux.go:346: starting container process caused "exec: \"webgrabplus\": executable file not found in $PATH": unknown Can someone kindly help? Thanks!
  9. super! Thank you for all the help. I also generated domain level cert and now not getting any cert error either.
  10. This works! Thank you! On a different note, when I go to my site without putting "www" in the www.example.com, I get to the following site instead. My cloudflare for the A record is as follows: I do not know where this A record points to. Since I do not have a permanet IP, I can't really change this A record IP (unless there is a way). Cloudflare only allows a static IP in there. Is the A record causing this or is there something I can do in the nginx config?
  11. Thank you! I will review this. I can remove the Wordpress Docker and install Wordpress directly then.
  12. Ok...definitely spoke too soon....the Static conversion does not render very well it seems
  13. Ok...looks like I might have found an interim solution with WP2Static plugin. Export the WordPress to a static site. Not ideal however. Anyways, if anyone has any recommendation. Please let me know. Thanks!
  14. Hi Everyone, I want to host a simple site on Wordpress on my unraid server. I have setup Letsencrypt, Wordpress, MariaDB, Phpmyadmin. My Letsencrypt routing works but I didn't find a proxy-confs file for Wordpress in nginx\proxy-confs directory. I tried to use the adgurd.subdomain.conf (renamed) configs, but the Wordpress site doesn't render properly. Now I know that the Letsencrypt docker has a webserver build in it and if I put the site in the letsencrypt\www directory, the site works. However, I the process of editing the site is not as straightforward as editing the site from the Wordpress Admin. Is there a way to point the Wordpress (Docker) site to save directly into the letsencrypt\www directory? What would be the recommended solution to this? Thanks for your help.
  15. So just to kind of conclude on this, my friend who is in IT Infrastructure had been dissing me for a while for not getting an ASUS router. So I finally pulled the trigger and got one today. Configured everything almost the same as my Trendnet router....and now I can access the sites from within my network....so I supposed all it required was money!!! lol...I don't know how else to explain it.
  16. Thank you for all your research and response. I will go with the host file. I do have a archer c2600 that is serving as an extender that i could flash with wrt but I need to take a break for a few days before I do that lol. I found the instrcutions here for the host file: so basically add the two hosts with the same ip in the file? Ok I added using the user script. But it didn't work...:(
  17. I have the Trendnet Router. I can't find any NAT Loopback anywhere. This is the emulator: https://www.trendnet.com/emulators/TEW-827DRU_v1.0R/basic_status.html
  18. Ok I just confirmed this by using the phone that I can now reach both sonarr and nextcloud....so it must be the nat loopback issue because i can't connect from inside the network.
  19. Thank you for the reply! How do I create a static dns record? I have done the following in the UnRaid server. Then in the router I have done the following through the DHCP List: So: Unraid needs to have the correct IP for the domain ---> I think this has been done. Cloudflare needs to have the correct IP for the domain ---> This is done using the DNS pointing to irisnet. The proxy setting in cloudflare should be off ---> Done You need to give it time for the new cloudflare setting to propagate to the DNS servers on the internet (which will include the DNS server at whatever phone provider you are using AND the DNS server that your home router is using) ---> so far 24 hours. so I think this is done now. Internal devices either need the internal DNS updated or some router trickery which you may or may not have, which is why I suggest adding this manually for now ---> This one I am not sure if I am doing this right or not. Because I thought this was done with the Virtual server rules, which I did. @aptalca, hahahaha....how did you know I love my little ponny?!!! good one! Ok so if you were able to access it, did you use the sonarr.irisnet.ga? or some other way? I enabled the auth now. Would you also mind trying nextcloud.irisnet.ga? I am going to read up on the nat loopback. Thanks a lot for your help guys! even if I can't get it right, I am still learning new things! That is progress!
  20. Thanks for the reply. No I am testing from within my network. I will test it via the phone tonight. My network setup is pretty standard, 5 computers behind the router. 3 plugged into the router and 2 laptops (there are also phones). 1 server (UnRaid), 1 pc (Windows 10), 1 raspberry pi (Hassio), 2 laptops (Windows 10). I have a laptop that I can use to tether with the phone. Before I do this, I have disconnected hassio so it doesn't ping out when I test. I am also going to redo the nextcloud configs to make it match the spaceinvader setup. I will post the setting here for review.
  21. Ok setting the cloudflare to dns more returns the right ip if I ping sonarr.irisnet.ga for example. I am pretty sure something is not converting at the router. Since I have my port 443 redirected to the UnRaid server port 1443, is there anyway I could test if a service is available on port 443 directly from the internet? i.e. If I turn off Letsencrypt, then change the port for Sonarr to 443? I am just want to confirm that I can access a service directly on the port. Right now when Letsencrypt is running, I can see the port open using and online port checker.
  22. Thank you very much for your reply. I am going to try your recommendation. The made the following change to keep things clean. Cloudflare: DuckDNS: I am not sure about the enabling strict https setting but I will research. I think you are right about the proxy part. Because the DuckDNS on the hassio works as it goes to duckdns only and not through cloudflare. I will keep monitoring and report back tonight. Thank you for the direction here.
  23. Hi Everyone, I have tried to fix this myself for a few days and I have failed. So looking for some guidance. If this is not the right forum, please let me know and I will go to the UnRaid forum and ask there. 1. So I use UnRaid 6.7.2 and I installed the Letsencrypt docker app. I also installed nextcloud and sonarr. 2. I bought a domain irisnet.ga and I have put two CNAME in there. sonarr.irisnet.ga and nextcloud.irisnet.ga 3. I used dns certificate method in the Letsencrypt to generate the certificate and it generates for the two subdomains. http method doesn't work as the challenge fails. My port 80 might be blocked. Not sure about this one. 4. I followed spaceinvaders youtube videos to setup the reverse proxy for both of the nextcloud and sonarr. However, seems like in cloudflare is not able to reach my server when I type in https://nextcloud.irisnet.ga for example. I get a 522 error. Would anyone please point me in the right direction? Thank you! Update: I requested help on the Letsencrypt forum and confirmed that the certificates are getting generated. Cloudflare not able to reach my ip. or I am not able to get past my router. Because for example if I type in http://192.168.1.145:8989/ i can hit sonarr. But if I type in https://irisnet.duckdns.org:8989 or https://sonarr.irisnet.ga or https://sonarr.irisnet.ga:8989 it doesn’t go anywhere. Same with the nextcloud. I can reach with the internal ip. So if the certificates are working, the issue is either the router port is not redirecting traffic on 443 to 1443 or Letsencrypt is not forwarding to the right docker. If anyone has any troubleshooting tips, please let me know. On another note, the virgil (hassio on raspberry pi) when I tried DuckDNS with Letsencrypt, I am able to reach it using https://irisnet.duckdns.org:8123
