  1. Soarr and Radarr have authentication now. But I already took everything down from the internet.
  2. Someone got to my Sonarr, and deleted my entire library this time. Also changed my password in deluge. What log will have a record of these actions? Thanks.
  3. My deluge docker does not have access to [Entertainment] share. Deluge was definitely having some issues, and that could be why [Complete] and [Incomplete] folders were emptied, mostly.
  4. Any hope in finding the reason or recovering the data?
  5. I have had most of these files for years. It's a long time collection. The [completed] folder for deluge was definitely working the day before because I checked my upload status to keep a certain seeding ratio. I also checked mover. Missing files will be in the TB range. They can't be in docker.img.
  6. [Entertainment] I have music, movies and TV shows under it, but only the TV folder is affected. [Downloads] Only files created by deluge were gone. My VPN config files I copied in Krusader are still there.

  8. My scheduled parity check started on 18th of every month, which was yesterday this month. My deluge chrome extension kept reporting wrong password. I verified password multiple time, changed it multiple time, but deluge would not work. I removed deluge and the config file, reinstalled, and it worked. Then my jackett kept asking for admin password, which I never set. After consulting google, reddit and forum here, I had to remove the docker and the config file, and reinstall, and it started working. I added indexers in radarr, everything worked, but sonarr wouldn't. I remembered I was on very low upload ratio from a tracker and wanted to start seeding since I got deluge working again. Here is when things started going south. In deluge "complete" and "incomplete" folders, there was nothing except my openvpn files. I wanted to copy the tv shows I got from that tracker over and start seeding, then I realized there is almost nothing in my TV library. Movie library seems to be intact. While waiting until parity check finished just now, I tried every method I know to check files, and I got the same result; it's almost empty. Krusader, filerun, brows my drives under UNRAID\main. I do not how they disappeared. What log files should I include so someone can help me to find out how it happened. If there is a way to recover them, great. If not, at least I can find out how it happened and prevent similar things from happening again. Thanks in advance.
  9. My filerun stopped working and would not restart, while most other dockers were still ok. Grafana and Mosquitto could not start. So I turned docker service off, and back on, it reported the same issue. Rebooted, same issue. I tried to backup appdata with CA plugin, but the status part always stops at filerun/system/data. I will leave it overnight and see if it gets any further. I am downloading diagnostic, but it is stuck at "lsof -Pni 2>/dev/null|todos >'/realserver-diagnostics-20221212-1807/system/lsof.txt'"

  11. I am looking into this as well. How can I find out what's in the docker image? Thanks.
  12. I changed it to 40G and it was doing the same. Half a day later, I updated unraid to 6.11.5, rebooted, everything started working normally. Here is the new diagnostics: realserver-diagnostics-20221212-0952.zip
  13. Having the same issue of "Docker Service failed to start." Diagnostics attached. Thanks in advance. realserver-diagnostics-20221211-1025.zip
  14. I only use NCP for syncing files, and I have 3 copies of those files, 1 on my work computer at work, 1 on my home unraid server, and 1 on my home computer. If I install NCP fresh, I will not lose any file of any of the 3 copies, only my settings inside NCP. It may mess up my photo backup from my phone, but my phone was unable to sync photos since December anyways. So the damage to me is minimum for a fresh install, just taking some time to set everything up.
  15. I am not sure about backup. I installed "CA Auto Update Applications" but I never used it. It seems a little complicated, and I don't want to mess with my data. I will do a fresh install tomorrow if no solution is found today.
  16. This morning when I started my computer, nextcloud client popped a window about certificate. I didn't read it but clicked accept; I think it happpened before. I did the same on all my computers, and noticed my files are not syncing. The client shows "No connection to Nextcloud at URL. seerver replied "503 Service Unavailable" to "GET URL/status.php" ". I am running docker from https://hub.docker.com/r/ownyourbits/nextcloudpi and unraid v 6.9.2 It was working yesterday because I can see the files I edited at work yesterday afternoon, and they were synced to my home computer last night after I turn it on. What information do I need to provide to diagnose this problem? Thanks. Update I launced nextcloud app on my iphone, and it showed certificated on server has changed. Do I trust this server. I chose yes, then I couldn't see any files on the server any more. I have tried restarting NCP docer a few times. I tried to login the control panel, but I forgot my username and password.
  17. After this update, Version: 6.9.2, I cannot find [Enable additional search results from dockerHub] in settings under Apps. Is it moved to a new location? Thanks.
  18. Added a new range in LAN_NETWORK, and it is working now. Thanks. I also added work IP to that and I can access deluge via URL.
  19. I think I know what the real problem is. TLDR, when I access my home network via openVPN, delugeVPN with VPN on will not load webUI. When I reported the issue, I was at work, using VPN from my home router to work on unraid dockers, and delugevpn webUI will not load, returns "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". My radarr and donarr can both see deluge working. When I followed the steps to turn on debug mode, I was at home on my local network. webUI loaded correctly. I am at work now, and webUI will not load, and returns "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". Radarr and sonarr can see deluge just fine. I launched chromium docker, and from that browser, deluge webUI loaded without any issue.
  20. I have no idea why. The VPN userver I use never had issue anytime. It was working when I used PrivateVPN client, but docker webUI just would not start. Anyways, for some reason, after turnning on debug mode, it works now.
  21. My LAN_NETWORK was set correctly. I follow the help.md page, deleted log and turned on debug. Strangely, it works without any problem. I used torguard and it shows my vpn IP in vegas correctly. I stopped the docker, turn degub off, and it works without any issue, showing VPN IP to torguard. At this point, should I still provide log file or just keep it running until issue comes up again?
  22. Thanks for making this docker. I setup everything through CA, .opvpn file copied to correct path, but with VPN enabled, the docker will not start. It gets stuck at 2021-06-11 17:24:36,945 DEBG 'watchdog-script' stdout output: [info] No torrents with state 'Error' found 2021-06-11 17:24:36,945 DEBG 'watchdog-script' stdout output: [info] Starting Deluge Web UI... 2021-06-11 17:24:36,945 DEBG 'watchdog-script' stdout output: [info] Deluge Web UI started 2021-06-11 17:24:36,947 DEBG 'watchdog-script' stdout output: [info] Configuring Privoxy... 2021-06-11 17:24:36,986 DEBG 'watchdog-script' stdout output: [info] Attempting to start Privoxy... 2021-06-11 17:24:38,055 DEBG 'watchdog-script' stdout output: [info] Privoxy process started [info] Waiting for Privoxy process to start listening on port 8118... 2021-06-11 17:24:38,060 DEBG 'watchdog-script' stdout output: [info] Privoxy process listening on port 8118 Under the docker, it says started, but webUI returns ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. What log do I need to provide, and how to get it? Thanks.
  23. Krusader has access to more dir. All other dockers have their own dir assigned.
  24. Those were only attemps. I do not think anyone gained access. My router has DMZ pointing to my server. I have disabled DMZ and set up port forwarding for all my unraid dockers. They seem to be working fine using my DDNS, but unraid web GUI page is not working under port 80.
