Why is there no possibilty to send the message. User and App Token is correct. Any ports to forward?

Hello Guys, i have a Problem. We are using a business Router in our office wich does not support Portforwarding to a specific internal port. (Please don´t aks why) Is there a solution to remove the internal Docker Container, which i need to type to access the Container. I use custom IP Adresses for every Container. The :32400 on this Picture should be removed. It would be super awesome if anybody could help me here.
