Supabase is a vector store which I want to use for my N8N automations. Allegedly this paired with "hybrid search" is the gold standard for RAG bots :) I never used a docker-compose file in my Unraid environment, that's why I was hesitating ;) Perhaps I just try it, ty :)

Ah damn, you're explicitely talking about "supabase/postgres"... I assumed you talked about the whole "supabase stack" 😄 I was hoping for someone having a click and ready supabase deployment (or at least heading into that direction). Perhaps I'll take the whole supabase docker-compose file and try to adapt it for Unraid...

Do you have a docker compose file with all the default unraid paths and so on? (to share) ;)

Just a question to that: append initrd=/bzroot pcie_aspm=off Would it prevent the hard disks on my pcie controller to spin down or save power in any way? Or is the ASPM stuff more related to core components like CPU/RAM?

I configurated it to a cache only folder: I just didn't see any files getting created there yet.

unRAID has been running great for a long time. About 2 weeks ago, it started completely freezing every 2-3 days, I have no idea why, and I cannot figure out what's causing it. I can still connect to my IPMI interface and it let's me try to login with root or any other user, but then times out. I have to powercycle it to get back on track. Hey, I am using https://github.com/bexem/PlexCache for "years" now and I'm quite happy with it. Perhaps you can cooperate with this creator or borrow some ideas for your plugin Ty for all your effort man!

Also nach ein wenig rumspielen und eigentlich keinen großen Veränderungen, bin ich nun auf folgendem Stand: ' Sieht für mich nach wenig % im C8 State aus, aber vom Verbrauch her ist es nicht soooo kacke. Schwanke nun bei ca. 30-35W, aber mit: - 7 HDDs - 2x NVME - 1x SSD - SATA Controller - 14 Dockern - 1 Windows VM (Hier hat mir übrigens Folgendes geholfen) Ist das okay, oder sollte da deutlich mehr gehen? Also nur Docker und die Win10-VM anhalten brachte leider fast nichts....nur ab und zu mal ein paar % in C3 oder so. Erst wenn ich das Array wieder stoppe, beginnt mein Verbrauch zu sinken ASM1166 Controller steckt im zweiten Slot, wie bei dir und ist Firmware updated. Der einzige "große" Unterschied ist, dass ich zwei NVMEs und 4 RAM Slots belegt habe. Im Event-Log findet man auch nicht viel:

Hey, ich klinke mich einfach mal ein. Ich hatte bis gestern ein recht altes AMD System, welches im Idle ca. 85W gezogen hat, deswegen bin ich auf das: - gigabyte-b760m gaming x - i5-13600K umgestiegen. Leider habe ich trotz dem Einstellen aller vorgeschlagenen BIOS Settings nicht so richtig Glück mit dem Stromverbrauch Selbst Powertop sieht komplett frozen aus.... da bewegen sich keine Zahlen, wie bei meinem alten System. Hab auch versucht, Powertop "neu zu installieren". BIOS ist uptodate, neueste Firmware. Habe sogar mal versucht die TDP auf 35W zu begrenzen. Trotzdem zieht mir das System mit: 2x NVME (Samsung 990 Pro) 7x 20TB Seagate Exos 1x Samsung 860 EVO 4TB im "idle" mit Docker Containers, ohne VM zwischen 40-80W....schwankt brutal (CPU Load 2-7%). Das Messgerät sollte eigentlich passen. Wo fange ich an zu suchen?
