MCE error during mid parity-check

Featured Replies

Hi! I'm pretty new to Unraid, I have two days experience with this OS and have no clue what this means. When I'm using VM's does the system crash/reboot every now and then.

Running Unraid 6.8.3

mce: [Hardware Error]: Machine check events logged

mce: [Hardware Error]: CPU 3: Machine Check: 0 Bank 1: bf80000000000124

mce: [Hardware Error]: TSC 0 ADDR 3c205efc0 MISC 86

mce: [Hardware Error]: PROCESSOR 0:306c3 TIME 1607726231 SOCKET 0 APIC 6 microcode 27

I can of course send log files if that helps, but I probably need a guide to where I find them.

Thanks in advance.

If possible before rebooting and preferably with the array started
Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics ZIP file to your NEXT post in this thread.

Since you made a new post it's OK. If you hadn't made a new post nobody would have known there was anything new in this thread. That's why I usually say

Your mce came up during processor initialization which is normal for certain combinations of hardware and/or the quality of your mask.  It's ok to ignore (the mce at least)
