Edimax EN-9320SFP+

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm pretty new to unraid and I'm very happy with this solution.

I was using Edimax EN-9320SFP+ prior to upgrade to the beta version and it worked very good.

Unfortunately it doesn't work anymore since I upgraded to version 6.9.0-rc1.

I can see it inside the hardware profile as follow:

<node id="network" class="network" handle="PCI:0000:02:00.0"> <description>Ethernet controller</description> <product>TN9310 10GbE SFP+ Ethernet Adapter</product> <vendor>Tehuti Networks Ltd.</vendor> <physid>0</physid> <businfo>pci@0000:02:00.0</businfo> <version>00</version> <width units="bits">64</width> <clock units="Hz">33000000</clock>

but it is not listed inside the network settings.

Thank you very much for your help!!

You should post your system’s diagnostics zip file (obtained via Tools -> Diagnostics) so we can get an idea of what is actually happening as the system loads.

Thank you JorgeB, I created a bug report as you advised.

  • 5 months later...

Any progress on this? I've just installed the same card and getting the same crash.

Thanks,

Tom.

Is it possible to update the driver in Unraid myself? I have limited linux knowledge but willing to give it a go!

I have found a driver that supports linux 5.x and am trying to load that with make. not having much luck though!

I'm having trouble running the make command - it comes up with target errors for install blah blah but I've never done this before and wondering if I'm on the right track?

I wish i knew about this problem before I bought the 9320SFP+ cards! Damn!

Thanks,

Tom.

Did anyone manage to get this working? I'm having the same issue, can see it in system devices, but not showing up in network settings.

Hi Guys.

Is this still an issue? I am considering getting this card due to the 4x slot. I have plenty of others but they need bigger slot and i dont want to cut the end of the 4x slot to make it work

Thank you in advance
