Disk dropped offline so there's no SMART report, check/replace cables and post new diags.

SMART is showing some issues, you should run an extended test.

It passed so it's fine for now, recommend replacing/swapping cables just to rule them out and if the emulated disk contenrs look correct rebuild on top.

How to reuse the drive?

When I assigned the drive it says device emulated. Is there a steps I should follow? Im not sure what are the keyword to search in the wiki.
