Handbrake Nvenc Multiple Containers

I just started to convert my media to a h.265 to save space.   I currently have a 1080 ti to use with handbrake and Nvenc.  I currently use the handbrake container that supports NVENC.  What is the best way to speed up the process? I thought about running two or more handbrake containers at the same time but was not sure if that would cause problems.  I also thought about seeing if the handbrake container itself can be configured to encode multiple videos at a time. 

 

What is the best way to do this?
