[SOLVED] Help with Diagnostics Log

I'm having issues with a hard drive that I was going to post about here.  I noticed reading the support topic to get a diagnostic log from the system.  However, I have tried to get one two times now and after clicking download it says please wait collecting information this may take several minutes.  The first time I waited almost 2 hours and nothing downloaded, However the little lines are still moving on the page.  So I tried again, I'm now at 3 hours and still nothing.  The thing says might take several minutes, Does this mean hours?  Is something wrong with this?

    It finally worked, But locked up the server for some reason.  I believe I have the log now.  Thanks
