[SOLVED] New Network Reset?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have been having a number of networking issues with unRAID recently. Not sure if it was when I installed additional PCIe NICs, or a recent update. Regardless, think I am just about good to go, and am trying to reset my network config to default - in the past that was deleting network.cfg and rebooting.

Is that still the same process? I see a network-rules.cfg as well (and don't recall seeing this previously, but my mind may be playing tricks on me) - does network-rules.cfg need to be deleted as well? Please note, I have also removed a PCIe expansion NIC that had two NICs on it, so the information in network-rules.cfg is currently incorrect (I just removed a NIC and moved things around). Just looking for guidance on proper process these days.

Thanks in advance!

Nevermind - an advanced search here led me to the answer (which is to delete both); apologies that my initial search was not good enough!
