I have a similar problem to this post : 

 

My webui looks like this, but there's not warnings or errors on the screen.  It used to do this occasionally, but not it is pretty consistent.

I have some dynamix plugins installed, and that post says it was a cause, but I'm not sure what to do since I don't have that exact plugin intalled.

I started to, then misread it and thought since I didn't have the broken config file I didn't need to.

I cannot access the webui.  In firefox it comes back with "The connection was reset" message.  It doen't work in Edge either.  I can access it fine from app.plex.tv or from the regular plex.tv website.  Any ideas?

What are you talking about here?  The webUI for Unraid, or the UI for Plex?
