U盘无法启动

U盘买回来在Win10制作Unraid启动盘已经是失败的，无法识别出GUID，原因可能是U盘的GUID前面实在是太多O，但能保证U盘是sandisk正品。后来把U盘拿到OS系统下制作启动盘却是能正常识别Flash GUID:0781-5583-8355-XXXXXXXXXXXX（X代表了部分数字）并制作成功，正常使用10天后于昨天购买了basic使用权并升级到6.9.0 RC2。昨天关机后在今早开机失败，提示如下图：

请问这是出了什么问题，如果是GUID不对那应该如何解决？
