Shutdown reboot issue

Hello all,

I have developed an issue with the shutdown and reboot of my system.

When I tell the system to reboot, it takes around 15 to 30 minutes for the system to completely shutdown.

once the shutdown process starts it takes about 5 minutes to unmount the drives.

 

The startup seems to go fine, I don't really see any change in that process.

I am attaching a diagnosis pulled immediately after reboot.

 

Thanks for any ideas.
