Set up Nextcloud but this is odd

So over last weekend I set up the Nextcloud docker and had no issues but under the Dashboard tab it is showing up in yellow. Not sure why. I am running Version: 6.9.0-rc1. Any ideas, is this ok or did I miss a setting.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
