重启电脑后jellyfin无法启动

版本是6.9.0 rc2，显卡是1650.

安装完Nvidia Driver驱动后显示正常

然后安装jellyfin，调用独显硬转码成功。晚上关机第二天开启电脑，jellyfin启动失败，提示语法错误，重新安装jellyfin提示失败。

请问是什么原因？docker已经重启过再安装jellyfin也无效，应如何解决？

    刚才把驱动删除后重新安装，在不重启电脑的情况下，jellyfin能正常调用显卡，但重启电脑之后jellyfin调用显卡加载就会失败，请问这是驱动的BUG还是jellyfin的BUG吗？
