BTRFS errors after upgrade to 6.9 rc2

Featured Replies

Hello guys,

I've updated to release candidate of 6.9 but i'm getting a lot of errors and log is getting spammed.

I've reformatted my cache pool as described for the update to 6.9 because i'm using samsung evo ssd's.

The error: kernel: BTRFS error (device loop2): bdev /dev/loop2 errs: wr 41, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 1081323, gen 0

and kernel: BTRFS warning (device loop2): csum failed root 5 ino 2142080 off 45871104 csum 0xe28a2293 expected csum 0x570cb3d6 mirror 1 (but these are different every time).

I did a scrub and file system check but that didn't resolve anything. Someone familiar with these kind of BTRFS errors and know how to solve?

edit: posted in the wrong section but can't change this

Thank you in advance.

wrong section

loop2 is usually docker.img

Go to Tools-Diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics ZIP file to your NEXT post in this thread

I solved the error, the docker.img was throwing these errors. So I deleted the vdisk docker.img and created a new one. Just pulled all the docker containers from the saved templates and up and running. Thanks for the help
