Three Expansion Slots / Three GPU(s) ?

Good day, 

I have an ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F GAMING motherboard with 3 expansion slots. Currently I have GPU(s) in 1 and 2 working correctly.

I want to add a 3rd GPU into slot 3.

I would appreciate any advice/concerns that should be observed if a third GPU is added. Is it even feasible?
