I try to copy 83.8GB blank txt,but the speed is unstable,sometime 100MB/S,but it can drop to 10MB/S.

The hitachi 3tb is waiting dead,and use for PT,I know have s.m.a.r.t. reallocated sector count.but is for PT only,i try to remove from Pool Devices,but still the same

can tell me how to fix the problem?
