Nevermind this post, I found out what I was doing.  I setup the second NIC in unraid before I created VM's and didn't see that it bound them after I did that.  I got it working now.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
