red x on my disk

Hi, I'm not too techie so i hope you guys can help please . my disk 7 has the red x against it and i am not sure of my next move. I have attached the diagnostic zip.

I have tried to read and understand SMART report but this level of understanding is a bit too deep for me. I did see that the UDMA_CRC_Error_Count is 15 which suggest a cable issue.

    Doesn't look like a disk problem, replace/swap both cables to rule them out and if the emulated disk is mounting correctly rebuild on top.
