I have a windows 10 VM setup on an SSD using unassigned drives and a 1070ti passthrough. 

I used to have a an identical VM that worked fine. After deleting it to create on with a new drive I get the following issues when I launch games. 

I have the Vbios file setup for my GPU. Everything else runs totally fine.
