January 6, 20215 yr New user, new build here. I am unable to pre-clear or format my data drives - 3 new 10TB WD Reds and 1 lightly used 4TB WD Red. Says unsupported partition layout when trying to format and preclear signature invalid on all drives. All the drives are connected to a new LSI 9300-8i HBA. I've downloaded the Unnassigned Devices plugin to discover any partitions to delete, but there were none. I installed one of drives to test in a Windows PC and it initializes and formats fine.
