Can’t boot new unraid

Featured Replies

Hi, I have just upgraded my hardware for my unraid server and now I am having problems getting it to boot. I have my USB key in and whenever I try to boot to it it sends me to an EFI shell that says at the bottom ‘press ext in 5 seconds to skip startup.nah, any other key to continue and then does nothing from there.

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Were you booting in EFI on your previous hardware or on legacy BIOS ?

Pretty sure it was legacy

Enable CSM boot in the BIOS or enable Unraid UEFI boot by renaming EF- to EFI on the flash drive.
