Parity setup stalls and locks system up

Featured Replies

First off, i am a complete noob when it comes to UNRAID, this is my first experience getting this all set up. My main goal is to get a Plex media server running. Some specs below:

- Gigabyte A320M-S2H

- Ryzen 5 3600

- 16GB RAM

- 2 - 8TB HGST drives

- 2 - 6TB IronWolf drives

- 256GB nvme drive for cache

- 240GB Sandisk SSD for cache

Was planning on using one of the 8TB drives for parity. Got it all setup up (twice now) and ran it. Both times say it will take around 8-10 hours. I come back an hour later to check, both times, and the system is locked. I can't access at all. I end up restarting and both times i get "Parity is degraded: one invalid device" on the dashboard and a yellow hazard symbol next to the drive that says the "parity is invalid". I have looked on the forum for guidance or possible issues, but with no luck. I have no idea what the issue could be, so that's why i am here. Diagnostics attached. Let me know if i need to provide any further details.
