Reading a physical Uraid Drive with Windows

I am trying to get data off of a old 5.1 and 4 unraid system drive. Using Windows 10 and Diskinternals Linus Reader Pro.
When I mount the disk I only see 1 direrctory (FileSystem) with nothing in it and 1 file (Storage that is using the maximum size)

How do I see the files that are on the disks?

I think I am missing a step.

P.S. I did look through the message boards her for the past 2 hours.
