Parity1 move to Data

Hi I'm looking to have my parity2 (12TB (sdh) become my parity1 and operate as a single parity. With the current parity1 (8TB sdd) I want to move it to my array as a data disk. What would be the best way to approach this?

    Unassign parity, parity2, start array, stop array, replace parity, after the sync is done add the old parity as a new disk.
