I've recently upgraded drives, though the original 256GB drive is still present. Everything seemed to work fine and the original known working cables were used in the upgrade. I had no issues for around a week.

 

Now I'm regularly finding the server itself to be responding to pings etc. but the disks themselves unreachable giving an odd display in the dashboard where it's also failing to display any CPU or memory info.

 

A hard reset always fixes this. I'd rather not have to do that, though.

 

Any ideas?

    Those diagnostics are immediately after rebooting which at least gives us some info about your hardware. Now get us some new diagnostics when you are experiencing the problem.
